Located in the heart of the South 1st district, Nomade is a Yucatecan kitchen celebrating fresh coastal seafood, artisanal spices from Merida, and wood-fired cooking. From the team behind Lucky Robot, Chef Jay and restaurateur Adam Weisberg share their experiences in the region and hope to transport you to the lush jungles of the Yucatán.

Heirloom masa, sustainably caught seafood, and artisanal spices are used to create traditional and contemporary Yucatecan dishes. Our bar features a collection of additive free agave spirits and an Latin inspired wine list. Additionally, we are a 100% gluten-free restaurant, seed oil free, and offer an extensive plant-based menu.

    The food was amazing and the service was absolutely top notch. My only complaint is that it was extremely loud and difficult to hear the person sitting next to me, but other than that, this is one of my favorite dining experiences this year.

    Greatly exceeded expectations! We were expecting it to be good but weren’t expecting it to be as good as it was. Really quality food - they made an emphasis on being gluten and seed oil free. Really unique takes on some classic dishes. Would highly recommend and of the crudos and the stripped bass. Cocktails were fantastic as well

    Fabulous brunch with friends. Beautiful atmosphere, service, food and attention to detail. Several of us are gluten and dairy free. Plenty of options.
