While the service was attentive and friendly, the food left much to be desired. When the food arrived, it was poorly presented and lacked flavor. Lackluster food made our experience unsatisfactory

I have never experienced such a bad service We haven’t finished our dinner yet we were rushed away by a waiter to “finish our drinks at the bar”. As there was no place at the bar, we had to leave. Rude and unprofessional service by the male waiter. Waitresses were lovely. I am aware you have to maximize your profits on a Friday night but be respectful at the same time! One star for service.

Lovely place to eat. Live music played and the staff were so attentive to the table. My friends have not stopped raving about it and how good the location is!

Food was delicious and a lovely spot to dine but service was incredibly poor. Drinks came later than other tables who ordered after us. After dinner, we struggled to get any waiters attention. The first waiter who was asked for the bill disappeared never to return and we had to ask another waiter to get us the bill again. A number of tables around us looked equally as frustrated.

Uncharacteristically slow service and room temp white wine left us with a disappointing taste. But the staff themselves were very friendly and the food was tasty enough. Maybe it was just a blip...but one I hope won't be repeated. This place is still worth a visit though!

Came for a birthday meal with my sister, it was exceptional- from the food, the cocktails( Italian stallion is amazing!), the service and the overall experience were brilliant. Music was perfectly paired to the ambience in the restaurant. Our waiter was fantastic, so accommodating in recommended dishes, pairing wine to go perfectly with our meal and checking to see if we were enjoying/ needed anything else throughout the meal. I loved that they brought out a birthday plate for my sister which was an extra special touch to end a wonderful meal. Will definitely be back again, highly recommend!

Took my niece to celebrate her 11th birthday. I had mentioned before the meal that it was her birthday, and they were so lovely and kind to her, wished her a happy birthday and brought out her desert with candles and the whole room started singing along. The staff were extremely welcoming and very attentive, thank you very much

A lot of staff but seemed to be going around like headless chickens ie no organisation. The wine we ordered was not what was brought to the table and the waiter had it poured before we realised, as he did not show us the label. No real apology for same from either him or the manager and the bottle wasn't changed as they said it was the only chardonnay they had. When we asked for the bill it came back wrong twice ie charged for other drinks that we never had. Food was fine and a good varied menu. The musician was really good. Beautiful venue. Just get your acts together.
