Nolia - Formerly Dig In Eats - is a continental European style restaurant with a south Louisiana influence. We have a 100 item menu of a la carte charcuterie (works like a sushi menu - choose your own adventure!), small plates and tapas, fresh local breads, and full-flavored homemade recipes. We are extremely sensitive to food allergies and restrictions, and most items on our menu can be made gluten free, nut free, etc. We have vegan and vegetarian options, and are happy to modify our plates to suit your needs.

Our food is scratch-made, and slow-cooked. Southern faves such as Crawfish Etouffee and Red Beans pair up with ceviche, beef tenderloin carpaccio, and awesome weekly specials. Chef Lilli Black is from Louisiana, and brings her southern cooking along with her love for spanish, italian, and french cuisine.

We enjoyed a fun evening with another couple dining on creative and unique family-style sharable meals! Our waitress was so friendly, helpful and amazing and the whole staff lovely.

Nolia is one of my favorite go to restaurants. Great NOLA style variety, tapas style (so fun to share) delicious food. Huge wine list and fun cocktails (w/ & w/o alcohol)

I usually dont write bad reviews but the emails asking how it was pushed it lol We went for our anniversary and were seated in a small table for 2, about 3 inches from another couple. It was Saturday night, I get it and wouldnt have bothered me so much if this couple that was seated 10 minutes later (and greeted by a server before us) a decent sized table alone. We ordered ceviche that was ok and not what I'm used to, but ok. The grilled artichoke hearts came with a really nice sauce, but there was very little of the artichoke that was actually edible. It was honestly about a bite or two of food. I noticed a special's menu that we werent given that, and the service wasnt very attentive so I went to another empty table to steal it, and regret that because we ordered the drunken lamb meatballs. They has such strong seasoning and were very tough and even difficult to cut through. We also got the local mushrooms, and osso bucco. Along with the meatballs - these two dishes came with ricotta polenta. It was flavorless on all three dishes and all came with a very over-seasoned gravy/broth that made all three dishes feel the same, and thats not a good thing in this scenario. The osso bucco was my least favorite I've ever had. Maybe we ordered wrong, but 0 for 5 with three dishes basically being the same thing with the main part of it being very underwhelming was pretty disappointing. All in all the place looks cool, I'd prefer not to be inches from another couple hearing everything they say. The service was not good at all, food came out at weird times, no descriptions of anything from the server. The only time anything was prompt is when I put my credit card in the glass - it was taken in seconds. I'm not picky whastoever and eat at many types of restaurants, but this wasnt for me, or her at all. We ended up bringing the osso bucco and meatballs home for my dog, then went to In N Out because we were still hungry. Was a funny anniversary story if anything.

Absolutely fabulous! Glant our server was spectacular. The food was amazing. Amazing. It is so nice to find such a quaint Tapas restaurant in the Highlands Ranch centennial area. I hundred percent recommend this restaurant a great find.! 🎉

We did not have a good experience at this restaurant. The food came so quickly but was all cold and the shrimp in the shrimp and grits was rare to raw. We will not be back.

Interesting interior with unusual black and white art drawn by the owner's father! Having said that the menu had way too many options and given what we ordered... daily special GROUPER and starter of fried artichoke hearts both ate like something that had been frozen and cooked from the freezer! Disappointing!

The food is always spot on at Nolia. And such an amazing very menu with weekly specials. One of my favorite local neighborhood, restaurants. Disappointing snafu tonight… we ordered the toffee bread pudding which needs to be ordered 20 minutes in advance. At 45 minutes we asked them to check on it and they said there was a mistake and it wasn’t put in. These things happen. It won’t stop us from returning.
