Nestled in the heart of East Nashville, Noko is an Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant inspired by wanderlust and simplicity of the region. Here, Executive Chef Dung “Junior” Vo aims to perfect the balance of new and old techniques in wood fire cooking, putting his Asian-influenced spins on familiar proteins and indigenous vegetables through smoking, searing, and roasting.

Always spectacular. Keith was amazing. We always enjoy our evenings at Noko. It is our son‘s favorite restaurant and we look forward to it every time.

Noko was fantastic and our waiter Mitch was the man. Really appreciate his knowledge and attention to detail on our entire experience. It was our first time and we will definitely be coming back. My wife and I guy 7 different dishes and Mitch gifted us one he didn’t want us to miss out on. Best of the Best: Tuna Crispy Rice, Lobster Bao Buns, Korean Hot Wings, Brussels Good: Burrata - maybe a little too sweet with the jam. Not our favs: bone marrow, crab fried rice Overall this experience was awesome and the entire menu sounded fire. Great date night spot!

This was worth the wait! I knew the food was going to exceed all my expectations. However, the best surprise was how amazing the staff was. They made us feel right at home. Already planning to go back.

Food was creative, fresh, and delicious. Service was top-notch. We were given 2 items we asked about but did not order, to try at no charge. Very thoughtful. They are paying attention and taking care of the customer.

The highs were high, but the mediocre things were mediocre. Our server was incredible, attentive, and generous. Her recommendations were pretty great. The wagyu teppanyaki and burnt ends lettuce wraps are insanely good. The Lobster Bao Bun filling is just fine, but the bun itself was perfect and interesting. The Brussel sprouts were decent with a nice sweet sauce and crunch. The dumplings are boring. Don't bother. All three raw fish treatments (carpaccio and curds) were special , different, and perfectly prepared. The crispy tuna rice was also exceptional. Cocktails were hit and miss- they are preparing Japanese spirits impeccably, but their tequila drink felt like a fairly basic margarita.

Friendly and welcoming vibe..tapas -style .. fantastic menu- We tried several dishes and every bite was outstanding! The old fashioned was also amazing. Loved it and will be back

We had an amazing experience. The food and drinks were amazing and our server Keith provided a great experience and went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

Noko is consistently outstanding. We always make a reservation to guarantee a table, however we prefer to sit at the bar and we have been accommodated either immediately, or within a comfortable waiting time. They have many "go to" menu items, however this visit we tried all new dishes which were all fantastic. The service is always top notch, our bartender/server Jenna was extremely knowledgable and friendly.

You must try the crispy tuna rice! Everything was delicious, but that was the best dish of the night. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, the perfect balance. We had cocktails plus four different plates and it was not as pricey as I was anticipating. We will definitely be back!
