Nestled in the heart of East Nashville, Noko is an Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant inspired by wanderlust and simplicity of the region. Here, Executive Chef Dung “Junior” Vo aims to perfect the balance of new and old techniques in wood fire cooking, putting his Asian-influenced spins on familiar proteins and indigenous vegetables through smoking, searing, and roasting.

We keep going back for a reason...food, service, staff, everything is sensational. We've had different staff each time and all of them, all of them, have been awesome and that's what really keeps us coming back. As good as the food is, and it's great, the staff and their ability to make you feel like you're eating at a place you've always been makes this place really special. We can't recommend Noko enough!

Best dining experience in Nashville. The food and the service were exceptional. All of the staff is bought in to the notion of going over and beyond for customer experience and it shows! I will be dreaming of the coconut cake for days!

We have loved every experience we’ve had at Noko. The servers are always incredibly kind, the owner works just as hard as everyone else, and the food is top notch. We look forward to our next visit!

We shared 5 dishes between the two of us. Three of those dishes were added to my wife's "last meal" requests! And the other two dishes were just as excellent.

The best restaurant in Nashville. The customer service is amazing every time. The food is unlike any other. You have to go. You’re missing out if not. You won’t regret it.
