Excellent food, decor, and atmosphere in the old Empire Room spot. Definitely felt like a restaurant you'd find in NYC or DC.

Probably the best restaurant we have been to in KC! The staff were so kind and engaging. They even gave us a sashimi plate on the house. 10/10 will be returning.

Noka just keeps getting better and better. Everything was exquisite! My only complaint is that the space is very loud and it was impossible for me to hear the server as I was sitting farthest away from her.

Hands down the best restaurant in KC!!! The food is phenomenal. Service was amazing! The ambiance is sooo cool!!! I will be going back every month! Better than Corvino and that’s saying a lot!

Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in the city. Attention to detail is fantastic, the food is always excellent and the staff makes it an incredible experience!

Food is amazing and staff was top shelf. We are repeat customers. Have the Japanese whiskey old fashioned, it’s the best!

Was asked if it was for a special occasion which I had written it was. The special occasion was never acknowledged. Service was not good but the food was.

The space and food looks cool and very instagramable but doesn’t match up to the price. The space is very loud and it took 8-10 minutes before my wife and I had our first interaction with the wait staff. They talked about how they could pace the food out and so we put our full order in and then just brought all the food out at once without any pacing. The food was good but not amazing for how much we spent. Overall if you want a place that looks cool on instagram this is the place but everything beyond that there are better spots in the city to go to.

Noka is an absolutely brilliant place to have a sweet date night. Staff are beyond courteous and happy that you are there. The food is thoughtful and excellent. Can't wait to go back.
