Siamo rimasti senza un posto dove andare il giorno di San Valentino che tra l'altro è anche l'anniversario del mio matrimonio! Un ristorante fantasma! Non c'era nessun ristorante di nome Noel! Mai successa una cosa del genere in tutta la mia vita! Abbiamo girato in tondo per moltissimo tempo! Per poi scoprire che questo posto era chiuso da tempo! Assurdo! E come noi tantissime altre persone erano in cerca di questo ristorante fantasma! Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato un posto lì vicino molto carino ed erano anche gli ultimi due posti liberi! Ma comunque i nostri piani purtroppo sono stati rovinati da un errore che vorrei tanto capire di proviene!!!! VORREI CHIARIMENTI GRAZIE!

Complete failure, both at the restaurant and Open Table. I made a reservation with Open Table 10 days in advance for VALENTINE'S DAY, only to arrive there with my date and find the entire restaurant CLOSED. I received multiple reminders and confirmations in the days leading up to the reservation... Plenty of time to inform me. Noel, manage your systems, or you will launch from the gutter. Open Table - the literal BARE MINIMUM for your service is to confirm the restaurants you list are actually even IN BUSINESS.

Beautiful restaurant, quite short but delicious menu, …but unfortunately poor service. They tried their best but sometimes less is more. The staff does not know the menu and procedures. This made our overall feeling worse.
