    Food and drinks were great. Customer service is a hit or miss. I prefer their liberty village location.

    Best Italian food in the city! Fresh or quality pasta, quality meat all cooked to perfection! Pizza’s are perfection. We’ve been to many other Italian restaurants in the city and nothing compares, we always find ourselves coming back to Nodo. Quality and value!

    Great food but the staff seemed unexpectedly slammed with patrons so the service was slower than usual.

    The manager was terrible. He seated us in a space that was overcrowded but the rest of the restaurant was empty. He was unapologetic and rude. It was a terrible experience and he should be ashamed.

    OpenTable failed. Booked reservations 1month in advance, got confirmation. However Nodo had a street festival & was not accepting reservations. They apologized for the situation. OpenTable & Nodo you guys both failed. I’m sure the food is good, but I am in no rush to go back.

    Server seemed overwhelmed, water was offered, requested but never came, 25 minutes for drinks was unexpected, and things really just got worse. Appetizer still unfinished on the table when entrees arrived and the food runner didn't ask if we were done. For a Saturday night, we were in and out in under an hour, we were not in a rush and we were looking for a nice evening out. We realize it's a neighborhood place and was busy, it didn't work for us and we won't be back. One of the floor managers was outside on the street smoking when we left, unprofessional.
