To bring the celebration together, Noche will offer Mexican inspired hand crafted cocktails. Every guest will experience a fiesta and be treated like familia by the gracious and friendly staff. The fun atmosphere will be elevated with music, great food, art and a remembrance of those who we love but have passed.

Noche is an authentic tribute to Mexican BBQ featuring popular smoked meats and sides cooked for family and friends during celebration. Aaron Diaz, founder and operator is bringing the classic Mexican BBQ flair to Louisville KY keeping true to Mexico's classic tingas, antojitos and unique salsas. Aaron was born in Texas and grew up with a unique Mexican twist on the classic backyard BBQ, surrounded by familia, memories and flavorful food. In Mexico a BBQ is more than just a gathering, it is a gesture of love when one cooks for all, creating a moment in time when a memory is tangible for eternity. We have the Best Margaritas in Louiville and the Best Birra Tacos in Kentucky.

I would give a 5 star except that I reserved a mezzanine table and was told that those are only available if a table is open when you arrive. Kind of misleading. Overall, it's a cool place to go to

Simply Outstanding! If you want oustanding service, ambience, flavorful food, Noche BBQ is my go to place for friends and family get togethers. One tip is to go before sunset so you can see the sun illuminate those beautiful stained glass windows from the old church.

If you're looking for a casual spot with good food and nice vibes, Noche Mexican BBQ is your go-to. We met family there for lunch the other day. The food was great and there was no wait. Would dine again.

We adore Noche and save it for a special occasion restaurant so that’s what makes this a hard, but necessary, review to write. We haven’t been in a while and it’s more than the menu that’s changed. As for service the timing was way off beginning with a long wait for our drink order. Things only went down from there. after a long wait we ordered a queso without chorizo (we have a dietary restriction of no pork with one of our group) and yes the queso came with chorizo which we sent back. Strike one. My daughter ordered savory plantains and you guessed it they were sweet so we sent them back. Strike two. And her brisket platter was on the menu as coming with beans and rice, yep not there, by this point we didn’t even bother saying anything. It was probably for the best as my beans and rice were cold. The rice was hard and had an odd taste. Strike three. There were five of us and I felt we deserved better after spending $380. We want our old version of Noche back with both culinary and service standards.

Drinks are way too expensive for the size of the drink. Food is good not great. A one done experience

Noche is so loud that I couldn’t hear my partner talking with me from across the table. We got our chips and queso approximately 30 seconds before our meal arrived. The server was great and had little control over the environment or the timeliness of the food. If you just want to stare across at your person and eat without talking then this is the place for you, if not go somewhere else.

Brunch was great! Chilequiles and brisket nachos were delicious. Our server, Latisha, was great as well.

Our first time here, but it won’t be our last!! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. The building is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend trying this if you haven’t!
