Title: Not worth the money. Just awful. My wife, son and myself had dinner tonight at Nobu Scottsdale. Arrived at 5:15 and were rushed to order we ordered apps (sushi, salads dumplings) and main courses of sole and miso cod. We ordered bottles of water and not only were rushed we were constantly interrupted and truthfully annoyed as staff kept trying to take our plates when we had food on them and fill our glasses with tap water when we had a bottle on the table. At 6:05 the waiter asked if that was it and handed me the bill. $400 to be rushed out of the place in 50 mins. I have eaten there many times and never had this hurry up and eat attitude. I can eat anywhere in the valley for $400 with no alcohol. Omg how aggravating to not finish a sentence without someone interrupting. Don’t ever bring a business client or go for a romantic dinner or just out with family.

Truly 5 star experience in every way. Our server Danielle was very informative and friendly. The wine was excellent and our entrees were served in well timed sequence. For dessert we chose the whiskey cappuccino and it was delicious. Being able to watch the chefs ,servers, and whole team work together illustrated why Nobu has the reputation it has.

Our waiter Tyler was very helpful with navigating the menu as I don’t really like very spicy foods and we had a great array of dishes. We will definitely be back.

The place to go for great sushi and so many other wonderful dishes. Start with a Southside cocktail before diving into a fantastic experience. The team service is first class, very attentive. Try the black cod with miso and the crispy shitake mushroom salad!

Nobu Scottsdale lives up to the Nobu standard. Outstanding and artistic sushi, sashimi and creative cuisine. Our server was very helpful in designing an array of courses, both hot and cold, that were enjoyed by everyone. Price point was high, as always at Nobu, but worth it.

We had two waiters and they didn’t seem to communicate whose table it was, it was pretty weird. The food is pretty fresh, but for the price and amount of food I’m not sure it all adds up.
