Service was just ok. We did omakase too slow of a service between meals. Wine was not pour on time. Food came before cocktails. Empty glasses through the night

Honestly really bad service with lots of eager but very new staff, ambiance and food were both good or very good but not to the standard of other luxury restaurants at that price point.

The food was okay not what was expected. The other Nobu restaurants have higher quality I believe. The wine was good. The atmosphere and the service was good but the food was quite average for the price that you pay

The food was good but not outstanding. I think the service could have been better given it was a Monday evening and not full. Expected a little more from the experience.

Food was very good. Some dishes to the standard of a good family owned Japanese restaurant. Some went beyond and were truly exquisite. The service was, however, absolutely appalling. All the worse because I had invited a client to dinner. We ordered the tasting menu to minimize fuss. Plates didn’t show up, one time for half an hour. We needed to hunt down our waiter who was nowhere to be seen. Our first round of drinks took 25 minutes to materialize. Unforgivable for a restaurant of this class—and cost! Nearly £1,000 for 3 people.

What a disappointment. The food was poor and so overpriced. Won't be going back.

I was a huge fan of Nobu, but my recent visit was lacklustre. It no longer feels special, and the food is mediocre at best. For the price, the food is definitely not up to scratch, and the presentation is lacking. Much better sushi is available at a much lower price elsewhere.

I had big expectations given is not a cheap menu. We spent over 350 pounds the three of us together. The food is good, but nothing extraordinary. Service was bad. We had to wait too long for really anything. The menu is difficult to understand, like they are trying to make you over order to pay more than you would like. We only had two glasses of the cheapest wine, one mocktail and one cocktail. Overall: NOT WORTHY, I’m afraid. Poor experience to say the least, nothing was great.

The service was terrible, the worst that i’ve ever saw The waiter was in a bad mood And the manager (the men, not the woman) was extremely snob!!!!
