Great food, service was impeccable, staff were incredible, and the entire experience was great. Kory the server is an all-star.

The food is phenomenal (and $$$$) but the service is lacking. Nobu has the staff so I assume that it is because the restaraunt is in a hotel and the tip is included as a service charge. There is no incentive for good service. When we asked for water or the status of our food after waiting over an hour, our waiter became annoyed.

Nobu is a world famous brand that does not live up to its reputation at the EAU Hotel The dining experience felt like a typical- less than good - hotel dining outlet. We expected much more in terms of service expertise and professionalism. Our server was nice but did not have service level experience that we expected. Food was good but the overall experience was very disappointing.

Everything was absolutely delicious!!! We sat on the veranda and the ambiance was as great as the food

At this price level you expect great food and service and you get that here. What you don’t get is atmosphere. You hear the lobby, kids running in the hall, it’s not an atmosphere in keeping with the Nobu name.

Excellence all around. A bit noisy because tables are too close to each other. Good prep, presentation and quality above excellent. A definite go to !

Well, my friends and I are sure the hostess forgot about us. When we went back to check on our reservation we were sat outside. We froze. There was nothing the heaters and the shawls given to us would cure the discomfort. Our server was lovely and the food was delicious. If only we didn’t experience all of the goodness in sub zero temperatures.
