Nobu Downtown is located in the heart of Manhattan’s Financial District designed by NYC’s celebrated architect, David Rockwell. On the ground level, guests can enjoy open air-like experience in our Broadway dining room or Bar & Lounge dining framed by 30 foot heroic limestone columns. Our sub terrain dining room provides intimate ambience with sushi bar and private dining options. Indulge in Chef Nobu’s famous signature dishes including Rock Shrimp Tempura and Black Cod Miso as well as traditional Japanese favorites and sushi.

Came here for my birthday dinner, and now I think I need to make this a yearly thing. Everything was incredible, fresh, and I was grateful most things could be 1/2 portions so I could try more since it was just me eating. Will be back!

We had an amazing night at Nobu Downtown. Started with amazing cocktails then our waiter Suhendri took very good care of us and selected a great menu for us to try different things. The level of noise was better than expected for a Saturday night, we could discuss and hear each other well. Highly recommend!

We were celebrating my son’s 13th birthday and Chris who was our server was outstanding. He recommended the best food compilation for our party of ten and was extremely knowledgable, attentive and thoughtful every step of the way. Nobu himself was in the restaurant and personally came over to say hi to wish our son a happy birthday. We had the most memorable experience at Nobu for our special family gathering. Thank you so much, Chris and Nobu!

Your restaurant is almost impossible to find using either Google maps or Apple Maps and it’s not well signed posted. The food was very good, but the ambience is very poor and it was so loud that my server couldn’t even hear me from 2-3 feet away. We don’t want to pay that much money for a dinner and have to shout to communicate, and the average level was about 75 to 80 dB which is louder than the average washing machine if you are sitting next to one If you are aspiring to be a top end, top-notch restaurant, I doubt most of your customers want to be in that loud of an environment. For example, Scottsdale, Arizona Nobu restaurant the ambience and noise level is much better.

Dinner was outstanding everything was very fresh and tasty. The only downside I would say is the experience seemed rushed no sooner did we order our food it arrived, normally that wouldn't be a bad thing but it just seemed like they were trying to turn the tables very quickly.
