Nobu Downtown is located in the heart of Manhattan’s Financial District designed by NYC’s celebrated architect, David Rockwell. On the ground level, guests can enjoy open air-like experience in our Broadway dining room or Bar & Lounge dining framed by 30 foot heroic limestone columns. Our sub terrain dining room provides intimate ambience with sushi bar and private dining options. Indulge in Chef Nobu’s famous signature dishes including Rock Shrimp Tempura and Black Cod Miso as well as traditional Japanese favorites and sushi.

    Poor service, reservation was accepted for 2pm. Within 5 mins of being seated waitress informed that we have 10 mins before kitchen was closed and we needed to put entire food in asap. Then were rushed for 45 mins and basically felt so uncomfortable we just bailed after eating asap. It was an embarrassing experience. Would never ever go again Nobu downtown. That would never happen at Nobu 57 nor London and Dubai locations which I’ve frequented. Just embarrassing.

    Our server Kevin was OUTSTANDING! We’ve been to Nobu in different cities and the food is always excellent. Thanks to Kevin’s great service, our experience was equal to the meal.

    I had a $200 gift card (printed out, email and text confirmed) and Nobu refused to honor it because the egiftify system was down. The manager refused to do the right thing. A different manager was supposed to contact me Monday to correct things. Nothing. Nobu stole $200 from me. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Will never do business with them again.

    Service was sub-par for our visit. We were celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday with the omakase at the sushi bar. He opted for the wine pairing. Our server was late with more than half of his pairing drinks and not just late by a few minutes - for one pairing I had to get up to go find him and at that point one of the sushi chefs at the sushi bar helped find him to get him to come to our seats.

    As someone who’s been a long time fan of nobu this had to be my most disappointing experience. While some food was okay the yellow tail and crispy rice tuna left us both with horrible fish taste, in the middle of the meal my wife got sick and we had to leave. Food was less than ideal and not what I would expect from a nobu
