Very accommodating when I entered the wrong time for a reservation, they resolved it quickly. The food is always amazing! 2nd time to Chicago Nobu, we will be back! Great service!

worst service I have ever had at a Nobu location. it was distasteful to say the least and made it very hard to enjoy our food. Not acceptable.

Nice ambiance! However, for the price, the service was basic. The food was just OK; Not spectacular. I was disappointed that our food came 20-30mins apart from each other and when it did arrive, it wasn't warm. So what took so long? It is an high-end restaurant without the high-end service.

Yellowtail with jalapeño, tuna tartar with caviar, rice cakes with tuna all superb cold plates. Wagyu dumplings, beef with asparagus also outstanding. Lobster tempura tasteless, fried noodles with tempura also tasteless would avoid. Chocolate hazelnut dessert was densely chocolate with delightful caramel surprise. Mango cheesecake also exceptional. Service truly outstanding.

The manager Luke is extremely abusive when I complained about a situation. Would not dine here again.

Really loud. Not great service. The food and presentation were good. It’s really expensive for small portions.

I want to start off by saying, dinner was unbelievable. When we arrived, the hostess was not very pleasant. She didn’t greet us and after a couple minutes, handed us off to somebody else who took us to our seats. When we sat down, we were next to a mother and her child, which isn’t terrible, other than we wanted a romantic evening together. The child was very loud, and without us even saying a word, the waiter said, would you like to move to a quieter seat? (They were moving others around us as well and we were so happy that he asked and we immediately obliged) He Can you verify took us to the most incredible table, right by the kitchen. Our new waitress was equally as good as the first waiter we had. We decided we would order the omakase and then we got nervous after we did it, because it’s expensive. But all I can tell you is it was absolutely incredible. There were so many things that made this experience even better, if that’s possible. Anytime somebody got seated at a table, the kitchen yelled, omakase! We loved it. Anytime we had a dish that we finished, before we blinked, someone picked it up. The service was impeccable. I don’t say that much because it’s not so often that you get to experience this level of culinary greatness and service. But we certainly got to see that tonight. What an amazing treat.
