   Food great, service great, but slowed down. Baffled by addition of blue cheese to Wagyu beef dumplings...

   The food here was great! We had the Nobu Caesar, interesting but delicious; the Rock Shrimp Tempura Creamy Spicy, it was creamy but not spicy, still delicious; the Black Cod with Miso, worth the price of admission, excellent! ; spicy tuna roll and salmon avocado roll, both great; the Pina Martini, great! As wonderful as the food was, the service was absolutely exceptional. Great experience, can’t wait to return!!

   Always a great time at Nobu at Caesars! The black cod miso is wonderful delight!

   Nobu is my family’s favorite restaurant for special occasions. From the start to the service to the excellent food. This place never disappoints.

   Service was outstanding! We let our waitress know upfront that we had to be out quickly because we had a play to attend and she was on it! Dishes came out promptly without feeling rushed-food was excellent as always. Recommendations were great! It was my third time at Nobu and it never disappoints.
