Experience Chef Nobu Matsushisa's world renowned cuisine in Atlantic City at the Caesars Hotel & Casino.
Designed by NYC’s celebrated architect, David Rockwell, guests can enjoy intimate ambience with stunning views overlooking the beach and boardwalk. Nobu is a truly unique dining experience and follows the "Kaiseki" style of dining, which is a traditional Japanese tasting meal consisting of multiple courses. Indulge in Chef Nobu’s famous signature dishes including Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Black Cod Miso as well as traditional Japanese favorites and sushi.
Reservations are strongly encouraged. Sushi bar experiences, lounge tables and bar seating are available to guests first come first serve. Please call or email us at nobureservationsac@caesars.com for large party requests and private dining options.

We all had a great meal. Three of us had the Chilean Sea Bass and was excellent. Was a little noisy. Did not know I was paying $25 per person on my credit card to reserve a window seat. I thought I had to give my CC in case I didn’t show they would charge $25 per person. Spent $100 for a window seat.

The ambience is wonderful. The menu is varied and outstanding. The service was impeccable. The staff incredibly friendly.

First time there and will be back again. Food and service was exceptional. They have great ocean/boardwalk view as well.

Good food. Terrible service. When we got seated we asked the server to discard some napkins and he looked disgusted at such a request. He then went on to take our order through memory. He first forget my daughter’s drink. The server also forget to put in 2 of our appetizers. When we asked he said ok and didn’t say anything or give any explanation. After we finished our main courses he brought out the appetizers. Didn’t refill our waters not even once during dinner service and last when we got the check he double charged us on appetizers. I dine out often and don’t make a big fuss and didn’t at the restaurant but, when you spend a $1000 for dinner that level of service is unacceptable.

Host was so helpful with seating. We sat in the quiet corner, with a view of boardwalk. Food was delicious! One of the choices was wague steak style well done, and we got medium well. The waitress offered to bring a stove to the table, and we had a kind of the own experience to cook meat to your liking. Rolls fresh and delicious. Warm mushrooms salad and coconut sorbet were a new opening of the taste for me. Definitely on my list now
