Experience Chef Nobu Matsushisa's world renowned cuisine in Atlantic City at the Caesars Hotel & Casino.
Designed by NYC’s celebrated architect, David Rockwell, guests can enjoy intimate ambience with stunning views overlooking the beach and boardwalk. Nobu is a truly unique dining experience and follows the "Kaiseki" style of dining, which is a traditional Japanese tasting meal consisting of multiple courses. Indulge in Chef Nobu’s famous signature dishes including Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Black Cod Miso as well as traditional Japanese favorites and sushi.
Reservations are strongly encouraged. Sushi bar experiences, lounge tables and bar seating are available to guests first come first serve. Please call or email us at nobureservationsac@caesars.com for large party requests and private dining options.

Service was excellent and staff were knowledgeable about the entire drink and food menu. The view was perfect and the food was delicious. Definitely try it out if you have the chance.

I was very disappointed with my reservation at Nobu Atlantic City. The food was amazing as usual but the service was sorely lacking. Our waitress was very inattentive and spent very little time at our table, other tables received food long before us even when they ordered later. When the food finally arrived our drinks were also delayed. She may have mentioned one drink special but she did not describe the menu or give us any real guidance. This experience was the opposite of my experiences at other Nobu restaurants. Very disappointing and embarrassing.

Superb staff! Fun, knowledgeable and definitely added to the experience. What sets Nobu aside from other fantastic restaurants is the entire experience from the staff to the creativity of each dish and of course the taste, well speechless.

Food was ok. Not what you would expect from a restaurant at this level. Ordered 5 ounces of the Wagyu steak in the style that the waiter recommended. Due to the short cook time on Wagyu and what I can only assume was the temperature of the sauce right out of the cooler (we had a reservation at opening time) when the dish arrived to the table it was ice cold. Not room temperature but ice cold. Brussel sprouts were described as crispy, which they were before they were over sauced which made them soggy. Black cod miso was delicious! Shrimp tempura sushi roll was what you would expect from a quick service restaurant, not bad but nothing special. Miso soup was room temp with an odd flavor. Not a bad experience but for a $550 check after tip we would have expected the courses done a bit better.

It was our first time at Nobu and the server definitely recommended what to get, which we did. His recommendations were outstanding and didn’t disappoint from beginning to end. Highly recommend angle to try it out and wish i remembered our servers name but he was amazing. We had oysters, sushi, and wagyu.

Food is delicious and service very good. Prices are high and portions small. We have been here and know this in advance. I read there's a charge for sitting at window which I think is pretty steep...

Expensive, but worth the money. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent, our servers gave great recommendations and we loved our meals.

We have eaten at Nobus restaurants around the world. We have grown to have high expectations on the restaurant and the food. Nobus Atlantic City was busy on a Saturday night. We ate at 6:30 and were seated promptly. Our server took our order quickly. But, it was nearly 50 minutes from the time we gave our order to the first food showing up at our table. 50 minute ticket times is not what we expect from Nobus. One dish, a beef tobanyaki, showed up almost like a soup. It should have a little sauce in the plate, not watery mess. The dish was not garnished as normal. And was not sizzling when it showed up at our table meaning it was not presented correctly, or more likely had been sitting in the pass a long time before it was delivered to our table. The restaurant was very loud and obnoxious. People sitting next to us were literally shouting at each other to have a conversation. The overall experience was not to Nobus standards.
