Experience Chef Nobu Matsushisa's world renowned cuisine in Atlantic City at the Caesars Hotel & Casino.
Designed by NYC’s celebrated architect, David Rockwell, guests can enjoy intimate ambience with stunning views overlooking the beach and boardwalk. Nobu is a truly unique dining experience and follows the "Kaiseki" style of dining, which is a traditional Japanese tasting meal consisting of multiple courses. Indulge in Chef Nobu’s famous signature dishes including Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Black Cod Miso as well as traditional Japanese favorites and sushi.
Reservations are strongly encouraged. Sushi bar experiences, lounge tables and bar seating are available to guests first come first serve. Please call or email us at nobureservationsac@caesars.com for large party requests and private dining options.

Food and service was exceptional. Had the Chef’s tasting menu and there wasn’t one unacceptable bite. Questions were asked for our preferences and all dishes marched are requests.

Took a LONG time for the beef dish we ordered rare, almost 40 minutes. Otherwise all the other dishes were great and our server Katsia was fantastic.

Terrible service. I always go there with my family and last night it was a bad experience. The waiter was bad had to be waving him down to get service. Gave my 4 year old a glass cup and of course she dropped it and broke it. Soda and glass everywhere under our table. So I ordered food to go 4 orders of sushi, 2 orders of sashimi and he gave me 3 sachets of soy sauce. When I asked for more he gave me an attitude saying they don’t do food to go they only did because they felt bad I was with my kids. I looked at him he was talking to another waiter and looked like he was laughing of the “situation” me asking for more soy sauce. Complaint to the manager and his response was talk to me next time you come back. Very disappointed with the service.

The food and drinks were outstanding-highly recommend the crispy rice and miso black cod. Waitress spot on with her recommendations as well! Great view of the AC beach while you dine.

Spicy tuna nachos Hot honey truffle baby corn 3 sushi rolls Japanese cheesecake. Unbelievable. Start to finish. Fantastic service, Saturdays a DJ is set up in the front playing music. Will definitely be back again.
