Experience Chef Nobu Matsushisa's world renowned cuisine in Atlantic City at the Caesars Hotel & Casino.
Designed by NYC’s celebrated architect, David Rockwell, guests can enjoy intimate ambience with stunning views overlooking the beach and boardwalk. Nobu is a truly unique dining experience and follows the "Kaiseki" style of dining, which is a traditional Japanese tasting meal consisting of multiple courses. Indulge in Chef Nobu’s famous signature dishes including Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Black Cod Miso as well as traditional Japanese favorites and sushi.
Reservations are strongly encouraged. Sushi bar experiences, lounge tables and bar seating are available to guests first come first serve. Please call or email us at nobureservationsac@caesars.com for large party requests and private dining options.

Food was excellent. Service was excellent. The only thing I did not care for was we had reservations and still had to wait 20-25 minutes to get our table.

I opted for the premiere seating and was able to enjoy the optimal experience in this fine dining restaurant. The moment you step into Nobu you forget you’re in the casino and get invited into this snazzy type realm of exquisite nature. The decor is inviting and the food was indulgent. Service was the cherry on top needed of the perfect dining experience.

First time. Food and service was amazing. Went with a sake flight then let the server pick menu items after that. She did not go wrong at all. Will 100% be coming back again

Amazing experience from start to finish. Service was very attentive. Menu quite varied with great options for drinks as well as desserts. Everything was served fresh and fast. Staff checked in multiple times throughout the meal and very available to explain menu options. Great ambience.

We went here for our Anniversary and noted it in our reservation, with a request for a table with a view. When we arrived we were sat in a room off the main room next to a server station, although one of us could see out the window. The server was lovey and did a great job of explaining the menu. We were a little disappointed that nothing special was done for our occasion: this was the most expensive meal we have ever had and we didn’t get anything offered as a comp - like a small amuse bouche, a glass of wine or a dessert - to mark the occasion. The food was very good, but I don’t think we would return. For what it costs and what you get it doesn’t feel worth it.
