Experience Chef Nobu Matsushisa's world renowned cuisine in Atlantic City at the Caesars Hotel & Casino.
Designed by NYC’s celebrated architect, David Rockwell, guests can enjoy intimate ambience with stunning views overlooking the beach and boardwalk. Nobu is a truly unique dining experience and follows the "Kaiseki" style of dining, which is a traditional Japanese tasting meal consisting of multiple courses. Indulge in Chef Nobu’s famous signature dishes including Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Black Cod Miso as well as traditional Japanese favorites and sushi.
Reservations are strongly encouraged. Sushi bar experiences, lounge tables and bar seating are available to guests first come first serve. Please call or email us at nobureservationsac@caesars.com for large party requests and private dining options.

I just want to say immaculate experience from beginning to end our server was amazing. The food let’s just sayyyyyy beyond what was expected and for my kids to finish the food an they are very picky eaters says a lot I literally wanted to order everything on the menu soooooooo good we will and shall return…….i ordered the teriyaki grilled chicken came with 2 sauces an you can order them on the side, the chicken was grilled an seasoned so well you can eat it without the sauces, we ordered the shrimp tempura sushi rolls an let’s just say my daughter ate them all before we can get to them lol, the miso seafood soup was great just wish it was more shrimp in it I’m a shrimp lover, then for dessert we had the mini battered donuts with cinnamon soooooooo goood my kids was a huge fan of those. Great service, great service a 10000 out of 10 haha. Thanks again Nobu

Besides of waiting to be seated everything else was great. The waitress was attentive and helpful with food choices. Loved trying different dishes. The food was delicious!

Food was good as usual. We have been to Nobu in NYC and AC roughly 40 times and at least 8 times over the last month in AC. This last time was the worst service that we have ever had. Took me asking the waitress to go get our drinks that were sitting at the bar for 15 minutes. She visited the group of guys at the sushi bar at least 10 times and never once stopped to ask if we needed anything. Very disappointing considering the amount of money we spend there. The worst part is that this was the second time we had this waitress and the first time was just as bad. Very close to losing us as customers.

it was a few minutes before someone came to our table but it was very busy. the food was outstanding. every single thing we ordered was delicious!! usually i’ll say, it was good but i probably wouldn’t order that again but this time, eventing was soooo good!!! the only downside was that we ordered the special salmon belly sashimi which came with 6 pieces and we should have asked how much it was but we didn’t and when the bill came, we realized it was $50. knowing that, we probably would have ordered something else bc we didn’t feel it was worth $50. it was delicious though. it was very noisy in the restaurant so if you don’t like that, i would suggest going when it’s not busy. we can’t wait to go back!!

Very nice restaurant. Love the open view of the ocean. The mixed drinks were really good. Our waiter suggested. You could tell he was knowledgeable and trained to offer customers other options. Knew the specials by heart the mark of an high end restaurant. The food presentation was also top notch. The PRICE way too much for what you are getting. Glad I could go and afford it. But don’t feel the need to return.

Food is always amazing & unique. Recommend Happy Hour at the bar. Dante is the best bartender & food connoisseur! Ray the Assistant Manager so nice always a smile & welcome.

The ambience was nice, staff super courteous and accommodating. . The food was delicious. The portions are small especially for the price tag. We don’t mind paying for good food but the tapas and meals should actually be sufficient for a meal a grown man can eat and be full with without having to order more food.

Great service and ambience. We always enjoy going to Noble because it’s fancy without the expectation. Great King crab and Rock shrimp dishes.

I had a very disappointing experience at Nobu. We arrived for our 7:45 PM reservation and weren't seated until 8:15. After placing our drink orders, we waited 45 minutes without receiving them. When we inquired about the delay, we were told it would be another 10 minutes. I felt terrible for our waitress because it was clearly not her fault, but the overall experience was terrible. The service was extremely slow and unorganized. This is not what I expected from a restaurant with such a high reputation. I hope they can improve their service, but I won't be returning anytime soon.
