Dining at Nobu is always an occasion and it’s the ideal venue for a celebratory dinner or special gathering. This gourmet Japanese cuisine restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Nobu Matsuhisa is a great dinner venue to pair with an evening at the casino or dancing.

Reservation cancellation requires guests to cancel by or before 4PM on the day of the reservation. Failure to cancel will result in a no-show fee of $50 per person if guests do not arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation. Parties with kids under 6 years are welcome to dine any time before 7PM.

Dress Code Policy: Resort Casual. Athletic and beachwear, baseball caps, flip-flops, Crocs, and slippers are not permitted. Gentlemen should wear lightweight pants or shorts paired with a fashionable shirt, with a collared shirt recommended for evenings. Ladies can choose from smart casual resort daywear to fashionable evening attire.

My only complain is that it is too expensive. 50% more expensive than Matsuhisa at Vail.

Absolutely spectacular experience at Nobu. Our server, Hearn, was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. We opted for the tasting menu and enjoyed all of the selections presented to us. By far one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had.

Food & drinks a solid 10! Service ZERO! Our waiter was not attentive at all. We had to look for him 1/2 the time to refill our drinks and order our Entrees.

Pedimos varios platos y ninguno era cómo el de un Nobu de verdad,ni el Black cod era seco y sin sabor una pena de Nobu.

We have eaten at several Nobus around the world, most recently at the new one in Morocco. The customary entrance greeting was absent and the hostess seated a walk in group that queued in front of us ahead of us that had a reservation, odd. Our wait staff were quiet nice and attentive.

Expensive but good. Very noisy and singing happy birthday shouldn’t happen at a nobu.

Not up to Nobu standards. Rock sjruimp were terrible. Not fried/ crispy enough.
