Nobu Atlanta is situated at Phipps Plaza in the affluent Buckhead neighborhood. With influence from Atlanta's lush canopy of trees and Japanese arts and crafts, the bar and lounge area features a white onyx bar volume that sits in front of a 12-foot-long river rock art installation while folded cast glass pendants cast a soft glow on the bar. The dining room takes you to traditional Japanese garden pavilions that were often used for ceremonies and rituals while overscale pendants made from shoji paper create the look of elongated, abstracted paper lanterns. Design language that is a continuation of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's imaginative and innovative culinary offerings celebrates nature and is integrated through the use of different wood tones

Today was the first time I've had a bad experience at any Nobu. Nobu restaurant Atlanta. The hostess was standing off and rude to start. Ordering chicken dishes at this location is a no. Dry and unflavored. Stick to tje sushi and seafood items. No chicken. I used a giftcard today and had to wait 30min unnecessarily for a manager to come check me out. Managers are the only ppl that can authorize giftcards. Which is weird. I love Nobu but today was bad. I normally go at night. Lunch was awkward today. I didn't appreciate it. Wish I had my gift card back to use in another city.

Service was extremely slow. Waited almost a hour for sushi and it wasn’t a busy night.

An amazing dining experience. The atmosphere and service were on point. One the best meals I’ve had, and in celebration of my anniversary with my wife.

Was our fourth time here. We were completely disappointed. The service was slow. We ordered the chef’s experience which was terrible. The presentation was lovely but some of the fish was tough. The tuna dish had a very strange Smokey taste. The Wagu was served at room temperature along with mushrooms that were gummy and cold. When we complained to the waiter, he could not be bothered. The bar was crowded the drinks were enjoyed there were great but they allowed a man to sit at the bar with an infant in his lap, which seemed very inappropriate in what was a distinct bar area. There were plenty of tables available in the restaurant but NOBU seemed to insist that the poor man sit at the bar. Was not the same place at all, leaving us with the impression that it must be under new management. So sad as we were there for a birthday celebration. Is my son’s favorite restaurant but we will not be back!

Exquisite. When your Server understands the menu and understands the preferences of your party, she/he can curate a dining experience that matches your needs. I have said it many times - there is no meal where I just shake my head in satisfaction like I do at Nobu. I've been everywhere. Nobu is the best.

Extremely disappointing experience! We have had incredible experiences dining at other Nobu restaurants, and this was such a departure from our expectations. Service was inattentive and uneven at best throughout the entire evening- it took forever to get drinks at the bar, and they all came out separately, which was strange. We ordered water and they brought 2 glasses of water for 3 people. The yellowtail was excellent but the rest of the food was just OK. We were looking forward to the signature miso black cod and is was just not good at all. To make things worse (and this is not the fault of the restaurant), there was a large group at the table next to us who had a baby in a high chair that screamed the entire time (at 9:30pm). Very bizarre and unexpected experience for such a beautiful and highly regarded restaurant.

Absolutely delicious. I am craving it already. We just went last night. I ordered Yellowtail Tartare With Caviar. Super yummy. My husband had lobster and shrimp tacos. They were tiny but very good.
