One of the best and most beautiful places on the coast. As expected, the food is of very high quality. The wine list is extensive and impressive. The terrace is top-notch, allowing everyone to dine in the shade. However, there were moments when we felt neglected for a few minutes, as the staff seemed preoccupied and distracted. For the price you pay, I shouldn’t have to ask for extra ice—especially when it’s only intended for Rosé and might make one feel like a novice. Additionally, I expect the wine to be poured by the staff, not to do it myself. Despite this, we will definitely visit this restaurant again, as everything is very clean and of high quality.

I am a VIP at Nobu worldwide and Alex Fato is my incognito name. Nobu Forte dei Marmi is not Nobu and it is a disgrace for the brand. It is horrible, there is nothing about Nobu except the logo

Cibo molto buono ed una conferma delle proposte di Nobu. Atmosfera e posizione molto bella. Corretto il costo ed in linea con altri ristoranti Nobu. Il servizio molto cortese e con personale attento, ma da migliorare. Nel complesso un’ottima scelta.

Troppo caldo Tavolo apparecchiato con poca cura Assenti i dettagli e la perfezione che di solito appartengono ai ristoranti Nobu Personale gentile ma da formare Il sushi arriva da un cucina distante dai gazebo senza avere dei copri piatti Hanno portato il cibo uno dietro l altro senza portare prima i drink Esperienza carina ma insomma nulla di ciò che mi aspettavo

Non all’altezza del nome Nobu. Il sushi era di qualità molto molto scarsa, premetto che sono stata già al Nobu in altre città e non c’è paragone in termi di gusto e qualità. Si paga il posto che è davvero bello e il servizio molto attento e cordiale. Devo dire che ha tutte le carte in regola per essere un locale di altissimo livello ma non transigo sul gusto e sulla qualità del cibo. Va bene il bel posto ma ci si va per mangiare o per fare le foto?
