Even though we had a breakfast reservation, we had to wait. And when we were led to our table; it was dark and in a corner and lacked the charm that we were used to during former visits. Some of the waiter staff Also, the Burger Night on Wednesday evening: It was a total zoo with lots of waiting time. And when we were finally seated, it took half an hour before the burgers were served. I think most patrons overstayed their recommended 1-hour time. Anyway, we like to come to the 'Prince of Wales'. We were celebrating our 53rd Wedding Anniversary so we thought we would treat ourselves. It was definitely the best decision we could have made. The meal was outstanding and the service we received was absolutely outstanding. Our server whose name was Graham was the best waiter I think we’ve ever encountered. He guided us through the menu and was able to talk about everything on it. My wife and I had the best Anniversary dinner ever. Our thanks to everyone who contributed to the best evening ever. Thank you

My granddaughter and I had lunch prior to the theatre. It was a beautiful day in a lovely room with an excellent server. The meal was very good and priced accurately. A perfect choice for a special day.

Service was lovely, but what was being served was, frankly, appalling considering the prices being charged. My pork tenderloin ($52) was crispy and dry on the outside and I had to cut it off. I won't be eating at Noble again.

This was my second ti e dining here. They always serve a complimentary amuse bouche and service is always great. Food is tasty. I had the trout and every bite down to the last is interesting because of the little accompanying bits on the plate - artichoke nicoise olives and rapini. Would certainly recommend and will return.

The food was good and delicious. I loved every part of the meal and the two free bites were nice. The options were nice but the service could be better. For a place that wasn’t booked up (according to the staff) my waiter walked passed me many time when I was ready to order.

Good for gluten-free; waitress immediately asked if I was celiac, gave recommendations as to what on the menu was gluten-free, what could be made so, and how, eg replacing a salad dressing. Gluten-free pasta did have a $6 surcharge. And the food was delicious.

Way overpriced for what you got. Steak was extremely tough and potatoes had zero taste. Won’t ever go back.

We arrived for our reservation on time and were told our table wasn’t ready yet. We were asked to either wait out in the hallway or at the bar - we chose the bar (obviously). We sat waiting for a little over 20 minutes before we were seated. Our table was right by the window, as requested in our reservation notes. Our server, Graham, was fantastic! As for the food, we shared the bread & butter and scallops to start, both of which were amazing, and were surprised with an amuse bouche compliments of the chef (as we were there to celebrate our anniversary.) For our mains, we had the pork tenderloin and the steak. My pork was unfortunately overdone and very dry, which was disappointing for a $50 plate. The steak was delicious, though still cooked a little too long for having requested rare. Overall we were pleased with our evening, however for such pricey plates we were unimpressed with our mains. We will return I’m sure, though next time we will speak up and ask the kitchen to cook our mains to our satisfaction. Overall 3/5.
