Wonderful food. The tempura crab was amazing and the steak divine. My one complaint is that the waiting staff could have been more attentive - nothing out of the ordinary. Just available to take our order, bringing the pudding menus when asked and finally letting us pay. It’s a small point, but it would take our experience from being good to great.

We have been to No 23 about 4 or 5 times now and as always our meal was fantastic, the service was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there! 😁👍😊

Sea salt and rosemary chips - delicious but definitely no rosemary flavour and my husband was disappointed with the rice pudding in that it was tasty, but cold. I think the food was great overall but the pre prepared desserts kept in the fridge for easy serving lets the end of the meal down a bit for me - like they were not made for enjoying as in dtarters and main meals. Selection of meals available was great - fabulous choice.
