Our $99 menu is a 120 minute, self-service experience with grilling features where guests can enjoy our unlimited Fresh A5 Wagyu Steaks and our luxury buffet line that features king crab, lobster tails, fresh sushi items and more. Guests can also choose from a variety of delicious side dishes plated by our chefs to complement their grilled wagyu. This interactive and social dining experience is perfect for a fun and memorable meal with friends and family. A fee of 30% cost of menu price will be added to tables who have excessive left over food.

140 is not worth since most is 1 order per customer and who can eat 40 oz steak? Service not good, wrong item delivered twice. 99 is better if all u want is cold seafood. Horrible dessert.

Overall, we enjoyed our experience dining at Niku X. We felt like the food we were getting were worth the price we paid ($99 self-service option). Our server JJ was attentive and friendly despite the very busy night. Some areas of improvement I can suggest are: 1) make the crab legs less salty, 2) split the buffet lines into two because the line area is narrow and can get congested, 3) dessert station can definitely be upgraded.

We were extremely excited for our dinner but ended up being very disappointed with the overall experience. The open seafood bar, specifically the shrimp was extremely dry and inedible. The other items from the open bar was edible but nothing special to bring us back again. Once we got to the point of ordering the sushi/caviar plate- which we had paid an additional $40.00 for at the time of reservations- the server claimed that the sushi chefs had left for the evening, which seems very unfair and unreasonable. If that were the case, our server should have given us a heads up in advance letting us know that the sushi chefs were on their way out. Half of the mains that we were looking forward to were sold out- which is not a good look for a restaurant that we had to make a reservation for over a month ago. It seems that the cheaper $100 option is the way to go- if you are really wanting to check this place out- since the table comes with an actual grill table vs the more expensive option came with a teeny tiny table that couldn't fit all of the plates that we were ordering and felt very cramped. The supposed Japanese A5 wagyu was served raw and cold- i.e. nothing like what was advertised on Instagram. Overall we were extremely disappointed with the ordering experience and wouldn't care to go back as a result.

Lots of Wagyu beef and seafood to enjoy. Besides Wagyu beef and lamb pops, there weren’t other choices of meats and personally I cannot eat too much Wagyu beef with it being so fatty. Would’ve been nice if they had other things to pair with it with like veggies or different sauces besides salt and lemon. The seafood spread was pretty good as we were able to have unlimited takoyaki, tuna, salmon and yellowtail sashimi, oysters, snow crab, king crab, baby lobsters, and big shrimp. A few varieties of carbs like udon, potato, shrimp tempura, Wagyu fried rice, and potstickers. Only thing I have to complain about is not a lot of veggie varieties and the desserts were very subpar. If you have a sweet tooth, this place will disappoint. Overall experience with ambience, service and quality of food was pretty good. If they included more vegetable varieties, and better desserts I would give it a five star.

Niku X's services are excellent. Food was ok not outstanding imo. Seafood wasn't too fresh. They only have few desserts to choose from and lack of labeling to tell you what is that. They only have one area for people to line up to get their food and the line gets pretty long even on weeknight. Also the 2 hours limit dining time are not helping either, they really enforce the 2 hours time limit. Overall, is good to try it out might not worth to go back.

The wagyu beef was excellent. There's enough variety of food for me, even at the standard all you can eat menu, I was happy and couldn't eat anymore. Funny enough, they had the best waffle fries I've ever had. The seafood seemed reasonable fresh. The hot butter was amazing. I don't know what they put in there? Our only disappointment was they ran out of the wagyu fried rice on a Tuesday night? Also, there were items we ordered from kitchen that either never arrived or I had to ask a couple times before getting it. Lastly, other than your server, everyone else had a specific task and couldn't help with anything outside their role. For example, the person who brought the food couldn't get me an extra set of tongs. Then there was someone else for water, removing plates, etc. However, they were all friendly and delivered good service for what they do. Overall, I would recommend Niku X and I will be going back.

decided to go to Niku X after watching many YouTube reviews of Niku X Had hard time to make a reservation as it was fully booked until the end of the year Wagyu was great, unlike Chubby Cattle, I can select the wagyu from the fresh cut, and on the seafood section, there were steamed lobster, raw oyster, King Crab, Bluefin Tuna toro, Salmon, Albacore Sashimi. I ate 8 steamed lobster, it was so salty compared to other all you can eat buffet Sashimi were super fresh, and wagyu was great, too

Wow, what an experience! The price was on point for the great quality of food and service provided. The service was really top notch and the combination of cooking your own wagyu a5 to your liking and chef prepared dishes was excellent. I will definitely go again for any and all occasions in the future. The only downside was booking a reservation way in advance because it is a very popular restaurant (and for good reason) and don't expect much from the dessert offerings (my least favorite) because its practically non-existent and meh. Great dining experience with fine dining service and food to match.

For a $100 I would expect at least cold raw oysters. Both oysters I ate were warm. Should have known better to not eat a second one after the first one was good. Thought I’d give them the benefit of doubt. It was so difficult to take the meat out of the lobster tails. Ended up going to the restroom twice while I dined there. Had the runs. My stomach was so upset that I had to let my friend drive my car home.
