Night Shift Providence joins Level99, a challenge-based entertainment concept, located on the third floor of the Providence Place Mall, to bring Rhode Island the best Detroit-style pizza, amazing craft beer and a curated list of cocktails. The full-service Tap Room is open daily for a high level dining experience with incredible food from our scratch kitchen. The Beer Hall sits in the heart of the gameplay arena for group dining. Walk-up counter and pickup window make it easy to grab food and drinks while playing in the rooms and arenas.

Offering a real-world game experience, groups of 2-6 guests choose from over 40 rooms. Each room contains physical, mental, skill or team challenges. Level99 is an award-winning entertainment experience designed for young adults. Groups from 15-500 are welcome, whether a birthday party or epic work meeting, the options are endless. Level99 offers a variety of private spaces, a full menu, A/V and presentation capabilities, and an energetic atmosphere.

Our beer hall is perfect for larger groups! The casual, counter-service setting offers an a la carte menu of Detroit Style Pizzas, Salads, Sandwiches, Snacks, and Desserts. We offer a selection of 25+ beers, hard seltzer, cocktails, and wines. Reserve for groups of 6 to 20! Please note, the Arena Experience is order at counter. It is not full-service and does not have a server. If you would prefer a server, please book a table in our Dining Room. Depending on availability, large parties may need to be booked through our events team. Please call the restaurant so we can put you in touch with them to discuss options.

Perfect sized menu with just enough choices to give a good variety without being overwhelming and so many items on the menu sounded delicious! My group of six all ordered different things and were all blown away by how great the food was. Service was fast and our waitress was so friendly! We did not realize the restaurant was inside of level 99 when we booked our reservation, but that only added to the fun atmosphere of the restaurant. Such a great place for a girls night out, will definitely be back!

Was pleasantly surprised by how great the food was. Loved that the beer offerings outside of the Night Shift realm were from other incredibly good breweries. The menu has a nice mix of bites which made it tough to choose so a return trip to try out some others will be made! Loved the smashed falafel burger and the elote guacamole.

Night shift good food good drink reasonable prices but not eat too much before playing the games you will feel super bloated!!

Pizza and Nashville Hot chicken were delicious. The view was great but very sunny (they need some blinds). The games are very cool.

This place was super fun! The food was delicious and the server was excellent - it was just a little slow getting drinks and our food. I had four teenagers with me who were amped up but the food was well worth the wait. I was nervous because our dinner was running long that it would cut into our reservation time for the rest of the venue but it did not at all. Great place to go with friends and family!

Server definitely forgot about us multiple times. Incorrect meal delivered. All food was cold. Might try it again but if I’m going to level 99, I’ll just food court food instead.

Wasn’t the best experience. Ran out of pizza dough, Cold fries, bland food , poor quality , wasn’t made as normal, very nice manager and waitstaff with us being unhappy with our meals and assisted us accordingly . Kinda of pricey for what we got. Drinks were okay, but lacking in options. Had a great time at level 99 but probably wouldn’t come back for the food at this time.
