Luxury takes root in the heart of Austin at Nido, bringing the charm of the area together with the culinary techniques of coastal Europe, all perched above Lady Bird Lake and the energetic cityscape.

Nido is located on the rooftop of The Loren at Lady Bird Lake - recently named by Conde Nast Traveller and Travel & Leisure Magazine as "one of the hottest hotel openings in the world." Nido nods to the surrounding and native Hill Country, giving diners a one-of-a-kind respite to experience worldly-travel through food. Nido’s selection of carefully crafted, seasonal menus are internationally-inspired with a focus on classical technique.

Reservations are available for inside the dining room and the dining tables in the bar. Lounge seating is available on a walk in basis in the bar and on the terrace for drinks and snacks.

Amazing service beautiful atmosphere and view! Manager came by table to check in. Server was kind of thoughtful. Great experience!

Nick the manager was amazing. He made a loud night much more enjoyable. The food and service was excellent!

The appeal is the view and atmosphere. The food is mediocre at the most. Very disappointed with the fish and chips, one very breaded and small piece of fish. Service was great. Will only go back for cocktails and appetizers

We had a great dining experience at Nido! The burrata & shishito peppers were delicious and the pork and scallop entree’s tasted great but lacked salt. Unfortunately the hostess that greeted us was sour and not welcoming, so that’s why I docked a point off, otherwise it would’ve been 5 stars!

The food was good, but the experience was disappointing. We were asked to leave after 2 hours, which felt rushed and rude, especially to my European guests who are used to more relaxed dining. A time limit should have been communicated upfront, and the situation could have been handled with more courtesy. This left a negative impression on what could have been a pleasant evening. I would never recommend this place after this negative experience. If I could I would rate them 0!!!

Was able to make a reservation only one day in advance, worked out great. Going to Zach Scott after, very convient. Got right in waited on promptly. Knew in the past they had Lost Draw Rose, and was able to get this even though it was not on the list. Need more Texas wines. Food was great, 4 of us and everone had something different, all were very pleased. Parker Rolls are a great. Desert was also exlent. Cost was on the higher end but reasonalbe. Looking forward to cooler weather to book the patio area.

Cayden was an excellent server. 3 of the 4 entrees were excellent. The frittata seemed to be very underseasoned. I don't like things very salty but I had to add salt to it.

Service and food were top notch. Views were spectacular. Holden is very very good at his job. Will be back.
