Luxury takes root in the heart of Austin at Nido, bringing the charm of the area together with the culinary techniques of coastal Europe, all perched above Lady Bird Lake and the energetic cityscape.

Nido is located on the rooftop of The Loren at Lady Bird Lake - recently named by Conde Nast Traveller and Travel & Leisure Magazine as "one of the hottest hotel openings in the world." Nido nods to the surrounding and native Hill Country, giving diners a one-of-a-kind respite to experience worldly-travel through food. Nido’s selection of carefully crafted, seasonal menus are internationally-inspired with a focus on classical technique.

Reservations are available for inside the dining room and the dining tables in the bar. Lounge seating is available on a walk in basis in the bar and on the terrace for drinks and snacks.

    They were short on waiters so service was very slow and not up to par. Had the tuna gem salad which was ok. A little too fishy for my taste

    We were there for my daughter’s 17th birthday. All the staff were so welcoming, friendly and professional. Drink and food are very tasty. Their service was beyond my expectations! We both really enjoyed our time here. We definitely recommend this restaurant and we are going back there for another occasion for sure.

    Romantic spot with a cool low key lounge vibe. Service was top notch from KQ, and the NY Strip Steak is probably top 3 steaks I’ve ever had! My girlfriend’s chicken was to die for… was pleasantly surprised at just how tasty the chicken was! Would highly recommend for a date night!

    We had a great experience at Nido. The view is stunning and ambience is great. Every dish was delicious. The cocktails were great, through the bar was very slow. That was the only mild blemish in an otherwise wonderful experience.

    Tuna and flatbread were amazing! Chicken was only ok. Service for drinks was very slow. Overall felt overpriced.
