Submerse yourself in a dessert bar that will challenge your expectations by embracing acid, sweet, bitter, and savory all while extracting the nuances that truly makes them unique. Located at The Pearl, Nicosi only has only 20 seats that hug the kitchen, fostering one on one dialogue with the chefs.
To best accomodate your experience, reservations are required. We are offer 2 seating times per night: 5:30 and 8:00. Chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph and Chef de Cuisine Karla Espinosa will guide an intimate journey through every dish, its ingredients, what makes it special and why it has been chosen for the evening. We offer wine and cocktail pairings or non-alcoholic beverage pairings for each course. Because Nicosi is about delighting in the present, we have a no phone/photography policy and the menu will be revealed as you dine. We are able to accommodate most dietary aversions and special requests with 24 hour notice. Please allow 90 minutes for your visit. Guests 16 and up, please.

Submerse yourself in a dessert bar that will challenge your expectations by embracing acid, sweet, bitter, and savory elements all while extracting the nuances that truly makes them unique. Located at The Pearl, Nicosi has 20 seats that hug the kitchen, fostering one on one dialogue with the chefs. With limited seating times nightly, Nicosi offers a prefix, multicourse, 90 minute experience by reservation only. Ages 15 and up, please. A key component to Nicosi is also the element of surprise; photos and the menu will not be revealed until your visit. Due to this, there is a no phone/photography policy. We encourage you to engage and be present for the total experience.

Great experience. One of its kind, at least in San Antonio. Highly recommend a light dinner then coming here for dessert with cocktails. Everything from cookware to ambiance was curated and designed by the team. I guarantee there are few things like that in SA, in TX, in the US. One comment though, the website says to be dressy but no one held anyone to that code. I would say they should remove that note or update it. Because one guy wore shorts and several wore sneakers and Hawaiian shirts. I was in a cocktail dress and heels. I would have dressed differently knowing Hawaiian shirts and cheap Sketchers moccasin sneakers could get in.

Amazing and unique experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Each bite is filled with mystery and craftsmanship. You get an explosion of flavors in your mouth paired with the perfect drink selections. The ambience is 10/10. Perfect for an intimate experience with a special someone. I will say, if you’re more of a burger and fries kind of person, then I don’t recommend this experience as you might still be a bit hungry afterwards.

Truly a unique and amazing culinary experience. Equivalent to a two star Michelin restaurant but only dessert courses. A must do experience when in San Antonio. Honestly, you can skip dinner that evening and just go to Nicosi for the wonderful multi course dessert treat! Congratulations to Chef Bristol-Joseph team and specially to the star of the show Chef Karla Espinosa! Hope to be back soon!

A WOW factor for sure! Greeted with a welcome drink to open the pallet then you are walked into a dark room and seated with a warm wash cloth for your hands, then the lights slowly dim and you’re in a gorgeous kitchen ready for magical, well thought out and inspirational desserts!

Pretty unique dining experience tonight - highly recommend! This is a multi(technically 10) course dessert tasting experience. No phones/cameras - they give you an adhesive patch that goes over your phone lens/camera while dining. Very engaging as they explain the different courses, focusing on acidic, umami, bitter and sweet. Finished the night off with a beautifully wrapped treat, handmade fortune cookie with a handwritten note. Want something different - this is it!
