Nothing short of sensational. In the heart of Playa Del Carmen, at Nicolette’s they welcome the energy of the street into the restaurant. The food was delicious, the wait staff was exceptional and experience was memorable. We only wish it had been someone’s birthday so we could experience the sparkling candles. Highly recommend.

This was our second experience. The service is fantastic and the staff present a 5 star experience. However, the food has been neglected. We were a party of 8 and most dishes were either tolerated or sent back. This is clearly a management/owner issue and not a shop floor delivery issue. This is the place to come for five star service experience but do not dine here if you are a foodie as you will be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing! You quickly learn why most of the other restaurants on strip are haunting you to look at menu and come inside, yet this one requires a reservation!

No nos ha gustado! Ambiente muy ruidoso y el plato más picante que he comido en mi vida. En la carta no ponía que era picante. Además en un restaurante italiano... Donde picante no es la especialidad. No volveremos

The place is super nice, great customer service. The food had a good taste but my Alfredo pasta and my son’s food was cold. I don’t like cold food at all, our friends said that their food was not cold but it was not very warm. Overall it was a good experience I spoke to a manager about the quality control of the temperature. So I would give it another try to see if that was a one off.

Overpriced. The food is good, but way too expensive and this can not be justified by the quality or the place where it is, it’s playa del Carmen, not the center of Paris. The wine is crazily overpriced and not worth it. Also they require a credit card for booking and if you cancel the booking 24h or less before the booking they’ll charge you 1000 MXN (50USD) per person. I went to many Michelin star restaurant that don’t do this, it’s actually the first restaurant I go to that does this, and just because of this I won’t come again. I’m a costumer, not a product, I don’t feel treated as a costumer but just as an income for them.

We had a reservation at 9:00pm. At 9:30pm we were told to wait longer or accept a place in the bar tools. Food was good (not excellent); wine very expensive. Service was friendly and professional.

We weee expecting food quality to be better . Service was average nothing special .we dined at Harry's the night before and had previously at Illios and had better service and food . Very disappointed with this sister establishment .
