We ordered the beef carpaccio which was good, lobster potatoes and “table side” fettuccine Alfredo - not good. VERY bland, there was no cream sauce. They took the under cooked pasta and rolled it in a Parmesan wheel bowl with water. No flavor. Restaurant is beautiful, service was unattentive,dinner was rather pricey… but a lot of Cancun is pricey.

Had the best experience at Nicoletta. The attention to detail makes all the difference. We were helped by Enmanuel and Ricardo. Very friendly. They made our honeymoon dinner special with a personalized dessert. Great cocktails, really good food. We definitely recommend and want to return in the future.

This is our second timed we dine at Nicoletta to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was just as good as the first time. The service is excellent and the food was delicious. The restaurant is so beautiful and everyone is so friendly. We will be back again.

The service was excellent As we ordered several courses, our waiter would check in to see if we were ready to fire up the next course It was a wonderful way for us to cintrol the pace of the meal The food was very good The cacio e pepe spaghetti would have fared better with dried pasta instead of fresh but the chicken provencal was cooked and flavored perfectly The highlight was the Sicilian style spinach

We try to come to Nicoletta at least twice when we visit Cancun. The food is luscious. The atmosphere is beautiful, calming, and elegant. The music is a bit odd for an Italian restaurant. My chicken was a bit too buttery perhaps, but the bread with veggies and dip, the lasagna, the Caesar salad, and its beautiful presentation, then the surprise – layered chocolate and whipped cream dessert for anniversary – were all divine!

Food was ok, nothing special. Wine list was awful - no Italian red by the glass, and the red i did order came chilled. Everything was fine but nothing special.

I have gone to many fine dining restaurants here and in Boston. This was one of the nicest restaurants I have gone to. The service was incredible. Excellent menu and pricing. Beautiful decor. Water front views.
