At Nick-San you will embark in a memorable culinary celebration guided by Angel Carbajal’s love for offering the best and freshest products from the sea. Meals that are inspired by the tradition and genius of his mentor, Masayuki Niikura, and served in comfortably refined settings. The original Nick-Sant opened back in 1994 in downtown Cabo San Lucas, a few steps from the Marina.

One of our favorite spots in Cabo. We also like the 2nd location in San Palmilla. That is a bit more romantic. Our server Brito was great. Fun, informative. We had him a few years ago and he was just as nice from back then. Kumamoto Oyster were amazing. Love the Tuna Tostada

We were told by friends to come here and they suggested we sit at the sushi bar and ask for Edy. We ended up having the best experience we’ve ever had in Cabo and the sushi was amazing. Edy prepared everything in front of us and explained each dish. We will definitely be coming back!

Menu was limited, ordinary and presented electronically. No photos or detailed descriptions. Service was spotty and not clear whom was responsible for our table. Average entree item was $20+, expensive by Cabo Standards. Convenience to downtown and marina was positive.

FANTASTIC quality and freshness of the sushi rolls, totally inventive and new approaches! LOVED it, just wish they wouldn't have sat a family with a baby next to us-loud and such, but overall exceptional food!

La peor experiencia en sushi que he tenido en mucho tiempo. Mala calidad, pésimo sabor y los rollos malísimos. El pepino ni siquiera está bien pelado. La frescura de los pescados deja mucho que desear. Tenía muchas expectativas y la verdad fue una grandísima decepción. No vayan.
