Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays for the table to prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar is mixing up classic cocktails like our Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned (made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery) and playful recreations of after-dinner sippers like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper. Housed on the ground level of the Hilton Omaha, Nick’s Quorum draws inspiration from the original supper clubs in the Midwest (notice our “immediate seating available” sign) at the host stand.

Indulge in a Curated Fruit Selection with Greek Yogurt and Gluten-Free Granola ($18), featuring vibrant dragon fruit, kiwi, and raspberries. Savor the rich flavors of our Prime Rib, carved tableside, paired with Truffle Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Asparagus ($46). Or treat yourself to Shrimp & Grits ($21) and Chicken & Waffles ($18) for a southern-inspired twist. For something unique, enjoy Beet Cured Salmon with crispy capers, Dijon aioli, and bacon walnut bread ($24), or indulge in our Steak Tartar with Cured Duck Egg ($28). Our Steak & Eggs ($39) features a 6oz sirloin cut with eggs cooked to your preference and a flavorful chimichurri sauce. Their team is phenomenal and the food is outstanding. My husband had the prime rib and I had the bone in filet. The sides are enormous. I highly recommend the wedge salad. Be sure to ask about the prime rib cart. We will definitely return.

Thanks for the review. Our coffee partner is a local roaster, Hill of Beans, and they make some of the best coffee around! We offer a carafe when you order so it's there for your convenience. I apologize it did not meet the mark. I hope you give us a second chance!

My wife and I dined at Nick's Quorum this weekend for breakfast. I ordered Glazed Ham and Eggs, and my wife got the Breakfast tacos. The menu description for the glazed ham and eggs is "bone in ham steak". What I received was three thinly sliced pieces of burnt ham deli meat. My wife's breakfast taco was made with processed fake eggs from a carton. We were both very disappointed in the low quality of food for the price. I would not recommend or eat here again.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to hear that our brunch experience did not meet your expectations. We take quality seriously and it's clear we missed the mark with the glazed ham and the eggs. The ham comes in on the bone and Chef cuts it off and cooks it to order - sounds like it was over cooked. We typically receive rave reviews regarding our Breakfast Tacos. I can assure you we only use shell eggs for all eggs, including the Breakfast Tacos. The culinary team cracks the eggs daily for freshness. I'm so sorry they didn't meet your expectations. Service too notch. Food not like pictures . Descriptions could be much better. Plating needs work especially with deserts. Music, lighting, great. Don’t sit at 2-too if you order more than a plate..much to narrow and in the walkway. May try again when outdoor seating and fireplace are operational.

Thanks for the review from your recent dining experience. The night you dined we offered our Big Show menu, a 3 course meal for $32.95. I'm sorry the Wagyu Burger and Broasted Chicken plating did not meet your expectations. These are a couple of our most popular items from our menu. The desserts are plated in a simple and efficient way, allowing the team to deliver as soon as you are ready for them. I am happy to hear you enjoyed the music and lighting. We look forwarding to having you back soon!

This was our first visit for Sunday brunch. It’s one of the best we have had in a long time. The waffles were some of the best, if not the best, we have had. Recommend it highly.

Been here twice and food is always fantastic and the manager is awesome. Wonderful experience. We’re seated at a ya or close to entertainment and manager came and asked if we felt we were too close and offered us another table without us even asking.

We went for Valentine’s Day. They had a special menu but sounds like the prime rib cart is available 5 days a week. The cheesecake we had for dessert was I believe the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Sounds like at this point it is not on the regular menu but they are in the process of updating. Here’s to hoping! Everything was delicious but that alone would bring me back!

We're always innovating our special menus and there are changes occasionally to our regular menu. That cheesecake is amazing, and we've featured it a couple times on the special menus. The prime rib cart is every night we're open! Thanks for the glowing review!
