Always great. Best Resturant in New England. Brunch and Dinner awesome! Freshest ingredients, Just caught Tuna cut from the whole fish-wow.

We sat outside and had a wonderful brunch. Service was good and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Excellent food- great, flavorful, unique, perfectly fired. The homemade sorbet was amazing. The room was noisy, and despite the best efforts of our server, she was over-extended, and the service suffered a bit. Nonetheless, it was the best food I’ve had in providence. I will return.

1st time here on recommendation of a JWU professor. It was amazing! Everything from the service and drinks to the fabulous food! Our son is a culinary student at JWU, so was excited to try this place and we were not disappointed! Highly recommend!!

We had not been for dinner since moving to Providence 11 years ago and have really been missing out on a good thing. The peach and tomato salad appetizer special and the regular-menu roasted RI fish (on our night, black bass) with sautéed greens and vegetables made for a refreshing and light menu. Provencal rose was well priced at $40--we found the ultimate bill notably reasonable for this caliber of cooking and ingredients. Our only criticism was the loudness of the dining room.

I hadn’t been to Nick’s in a few years and had forgotten how excellent it is. I had a mozzarella and tomato sandwich on focaccia -- not a unique dish -- but at Nick’s if was elevated above all others I have had. Each element -- focaccia, pesto, tomatoes, mozzarella -- was perfect. I had potatoes on the side and they were elevated as well. I will go again soon. We ate on the patio, which I had chosen because I thought it would be quieter. Unfortunately the noise from the air conditioner made it a bit difficult to hear others at the table. All in all though, the food made the noise bearable.

Friendly staff and nice menu options! Very tasty and refined, tho a bit pricey for what it was. Service slow and inconsistent (food came out a different times so made for an uneven experience)
