Nicco’s Prime Cuts & Fish is Durango Casino & Resort’s modern American steakhouse featuring prime meats, market-fresh seafood and a chic dining scene. Curated by innovative executive chef Frankie Gorriceta and property executive chef Daniel Ye, Nicco’s menu is all about sourcing – from the finest meat purveyors, dry-aged fish markets and straight-from-the-farm produce – all executed with a true culinarian’s precision.

Nicco’s offers a dinner menu that brings to life the best of both land and sea including a premium steak menu featuring USDA Prime, Dry Aged (exclusively for Nicco’s) and Wagyu cuts hand-selected from the world’s finest ranchers and purveyors alongside traditional American steakhouse dishes and signature entrees. Guests can also select from a fresh fish market seafood display featuring a variety of premium catches flown in daily while a raw bar, caviar and crudo menu round out the seafood experience.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the servers during my birthday celebration on Saturday. They kindly accommodated my family even though we arrived late. The staff was very attentive and served us with great kindness.

Only a 3 star review because it was average. We were seated promptly at our reservation time (expected). The service was good, but almost too much -- we were having discussions and were interrupted quite a bit (servers should be more aware). We had the carpaccio appetizer which was good -- some jalapeno added which gave it a nice kick. Between the appetizers and dinner, we had to actually ask if someone had forgotten our order -- maybe not enough staff -- but the wait was LONG. 2 or us had steaks which were done perfectly. 1 person had the lamb chops which were nice, but a rather small portion. Biggest disappointment was someone ordered the crab legs. 1/2 pound an they brought 3 small crab legs -- wasn't even a good appetizer. We had the hash browns, mac & cheese and baked yams as sides. All were good, but really nothing outstanding. Overall I would say the dinner was average, nothing very special and personally would not go there again. Also -- the prices are strip prices at off strip location.

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at Nicco Restaurant, and it was our first time dining there. We had reservations for 6:30 pm and were promptly seated. The staff was warm, attentive, and added to the overall delightful experience. The cocktails, wine, and food were exceptional. My husband’s cocktail came with a unique presentation, which made it even more memorable. We started with the bone marrow, perfectly cooked and served with bread—a great combination. For our mains, we chose the filet mignon and branzino, accompanied by a side of potato purée. Both dishes were expertly prepared and full of flavor. To top it off, we enjoyed a delicious dessert—though not on the menu, it was a lovely surprise. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely return.

Overall very good dinner. Had to send back a steak due it not being cooked as ordered. Music too loud for what is to be fine dinning. Need to enforce a proper dress code for fine dinning experience

I have dined at Nicco's several times. Overall, it is a nice restaurant. However, it is not relaxing at all. I was hoping prior to their open it would be very similar to T-Bones. It really is not unfortunately. My biggest issue with Nicco's is the overhead music. I have said this from day one, is Nicco's considered fine dining or a eat in disco?? Due to my career, I have had the opportunity to dine in some very fine restaurants none of which have this pounding music above. The noise level is ridiculous, and I would never suggest it was energetic. So high that one must yell to those they are dining with. Nevertheless, Nicco's is busy every night. My husband does not want to return. Last night due to the excessive noise his dinner went down in a lump. Anything but relaxing. I find it very curious as to why the prices are higher than T-Bones. Much better ambience at T-Bones; far more relaxing; less expensive and I think overall the food is tastier. When I am asked for my opinion I will be more than honest and often that is not appreciated by the venue.

Our experience was top notch! From the service to fantastic food and Management was amazing. If you go to Station Casinos T-Bones or Hanks restaurants you need to go to Nicco’s. The chopped salad, onion soup, lamb chops and wagyu burger were all excellent. And a must is the butter cake with ice cream and sauce- excellent. Thank you for an amazing dinning experience! We will be back.

Long wait to be served, no flavor to steak, peanut butter chocolate desert with ice cream was melting. They packed the cheesecake to go on top of whipped cream. Nice ambiance, did not stand out against other steak houses.

Amazing 1 word! I love this place! It’s rare that one of your favorite dishes is the asparagus, but everything was so good here
