Nicco’s Prime Cuts & Fish is Durango Casino & Resort’s modern American steakhouse featuring prime meats, market-fresh seafood and a chic dining scene. Curated by innovative Executive Chef Michael Tomorsky and property executive chef Daniel Ye, Nicco’s menu is all about sourcing – from the finest meat purveyors, dry-aged fish markets and straight-from-the-farm produce – all executed with a true culinarian’s precision.

Nicco’s offers a dinner menu that brings to life the best of both land and sea including a premium steak menu featuring USDA Prime, Dry Aged (exclusively for Nicco’s) and Wagyu cuts hand-selected from the world’s finest ranchers and purveyors alongside traditional American steakhouse dishes and signature entrees. Guests can also select from a fresh fish market seafood display featuring a variety of premium catches flown in daily while a raw bar, caviar and crudo menu round out the seafood experience.

The most divine and delicious food and the best service I have ever had! We feasted on an array of spectacular appetizers. Crab cakes, bone marrow, crab claws, tuna, Kumamoto oysters.

Everyone was very attentive and quick with our requests! The food was great and the celebratory birthday cake was delish!

We have dined at Nicco's often. Last night I requested a table that would not be in the line of fire music wise. The overhead music can be somewhat deafening and then intensify when the live DJ starts. The table was a blessing as we did not have to scream our conversation. As far as the menu I did something a bit different. I had a salad and then combined two appetizers together as my main dish. It was the short ribs and crab cakes. A great combination and plenty to eat. Will do it again. The service is always great and attentive.

Food was great as was the service. They had some unique wines which I appreciated. They sat us at a table next to VGK player.

We ate in the outdoor area which was more quiet than being inside. We loved it

Love the filets they cook here. Very well seasoned and nearly perfectly cooked with a great sear. Recommend for steak lovers.

Nicco’s - A Mixed Experience We recently dined at Nicco’s and found the experience to be a blend of highs and lows. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Tomahawk steak, which was cooked to perfection. However, the Caesar salad left much to be desired, as it was dry and underwhelming. In contrast, the Steakhouse Chop salad was flavorful and satisfying. The drinks, while decent, were overpriced in comparison to other high-end steakhouses in Las Vegas such as Barry’s and Ocean Prime. Unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. Despite the abundance of staff, many seemed more focused on socializing with each other rather than attending to guests. At one point, we went over 30 minutes without being checked on, and I had to actively flag down our server for assistance throughout the meal. In summary: excellent steak, average sides and drinks, but the service leaves much room for improvement.

Excellent service. All steaks cooked as ordered. Tomahawk lived up to expectations. We had a group of 8 and were seated in the 2nd dining area (sorry, I don't know what they call it), but it made for an awesome experience since it was much much quieter than the main dining room. Highly recommended.

Service excellent and appropriately attentive. Food general excellent. Wedge Salad tasteless . Mac and Cheese very disappointing. Noise levels could be adjusted down to improve experience.
