Nicco’s Prime Cuts & Fish is Durango Casino & Resort’s modern American steakhouse featuring prime meats, market-fresh seafood and a chic dining scene. Curated by innovative Executive Chef Michael Tomorsky and property executive chef Daniel Ye, Nicco’s menu is all about sourcing – from the finest meat purveyors, dry-aged fish markets and straight-from-the-farm produce – all executed with a true culinarian’s precision.

Nicco’s offers a dinner menu that brings to life the best of both land and sea including a premium steak menu featuring USDA Prime, Dry Aged (exclusively for Nicco’s) and Wagyu cuts hand-selected from the world’s finest ranchers and purveyors alongside traditional American steakhouse dishes and signature entrees. Guests can also select from a fresh fish market seafood display featuring a variety of premium catches flown in daily while a raw bar, caviar and crudo menu round out the seafood experience.

We all had an amazing time! We were really paid attention to and did not feel rushed. The food was TOP!

As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by the hostess. It’s a beautiful restaurant with an even better atmosphere. Had a cocktail at the bar, then went to our table. We had an amazing dinner! The service was fantastic too. Our main server was Robbie, his team was on point! We were celebrating a birthday so we had the peanut butter brownie. The whole dining experience was amazing. Thank you all!!!

Steak was prepared perfectly and sides were all fantastic. Extensive wine list including wines by the glass. Will definitely go back as it may be the best steak house in Las Vegas already. Prices are higher than expected though.

Great high quality restaurant. Highly recommend if in your price range as it is expensive but truely fine dining experience .

Filet was salty, seafood tower was great. Service was good, but a tad slow to get things started. Had to ask for menus.

We had an amazing experience. Our servers were the absolute best taking great care to ensure our dining experience a memorable one. The food was very tasty and flavorful without a ton of salt and the sides were shareable for 3. No complaints. Excellent choice.

The crab cakes and soup were good. We ordered the special- a whole snapper. It was not good AT ALL- overcooked and mealy, with zero flavor. It was not served with a sauce or any seasoning. When the bill arrived, the fish turned out to be a $300 entree! Shockingly bad value

The service was excellent, the staff was very attentive. The cuisine was good, however, some of the steaks were not prepared as requested. The noise level made it difficult to carrying on a conversation.

It was a fantastic meal and a delightful night. We had four people I am not sure how well you could hear each other talk if the group were larger. My steak was slightly over, but the taste was excellent. The sides were tasty. Potato Puree was perfect; the mushrooms were uninspired. I would easily go again. The team service approach is on point and professional. This is an easy recommendation

Outstanding in every way! Service and food were superb! We had filet and Ribeye and they were cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Expensive, but worth it since we were celebrating a birthday.
