Nic & Norman's, a restaurant co-owned by "The Walking Dead" stars Norman Reedus and Greg Nicotero, is bringing its unique Southern-inspired cuisine and speakeasy vibe to Greenville, South Carolina.

Located in the heart of the city's West End, the restaurant will occupy the former Smoke on the Water building. My husband and I ate here over the weekend. The food was horrible. The pork appetizer was loaded with fat, dry and no flavor. The Mac and cheese had the same pork on it and very bland cheese sauce. The Mac and cheese said it had pimento style cheese which it did not. Instant Mac and cheese is a step up from this. He had a flatbread which was dry and tasteless. All the food was barely warm showing it was reheated and not scratch made to order. Food is very expensive for what you get. Waitress was attentive.

As a vegetarian, I appreciate the options available. Food has been good each time we’ve eaten here. Clean with a great atmosphere.

Everything was wonderful. It was nor crowded all when we arrived. The drinks and food were wonderful. Very reasonable. I enjoyed the bottle of mimosas! Looking forward to going back to try other menu items. Jay and Jeremy were at the bar, and very hospitable.

Went for brunch with my girlfriends and it was very good. I ordered the Chicken and Waffle Burger. I couldn’t really eat it like a burger but it was outstanding. Chicken was tender and waffles were really good! Definitely will be back to try more.

We had a terrific brunch to celebrate my dad’s 92nd birthday!! Terrific service, an awesome Bloody Mary, and deliciously prepared food!

I tried Nic and Norman’s for the first time on a Saturday night for our ladies night. I must say that we had the best time. The ambience, food, and friendly staff were amazing. It was a wonderful experience. Mary was phenomenal. She is so sweet, attentive, and professional. She made great recommendations. Everything I tried was delicious. I will be back soon.

We ate here for dinner. Great service, great selection, and really good food. We were all pleasantly surprised. The ambience feels a little casual, like a bar and grill, but the food tasted every bit is good as a more upscale restaurant.

The restaurant is nice. And I loved the lighting. The food was good, I had a Greek salad with steak. It was a little overdone, but tasty. I tried the okra and it was frozen, not fresh like I expected. The macaroni and cheese was good. So overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We’ve been to Nic & Norman’s in Senoia many times, but this was our first visit to the Greenville location and we were not disappointed! Delicious food and excellent service! Exactly what we’ve come to expect from N & N! Highly recommend!
