My filet was perfection (cooked to medium), but oddly it was the very last bite that was the most well seasoned. Mom’s prime rib was overcooked. I think it was probably cooked to 185 vs 165 (yes, she likes all of her meat well done, but not like that). The replacement was better and she enjoyed it. Broccolini was cold. Replacement was offered, but we weren’t going to eat it all anyway. Speaking of which, it would’ve been nice to know the side portions would be so huge. We would have shared the broccolini. Olivia our server was great.

Overall a nice venue and food . Seating Hostess was rather rude upon arrival. But table service team were great.

If you're looking for something different from a casino restaurant this is the place. Excellent food, great service and ambience is very nice. Every time I come to FKC I eat at NBI.

We were there for our first anniversary. It was an amazing experience. My husband and I were impressed at how promptly we were seated, the service was excellent. Made for a very romantic and pleasant evening.
