We are a farm to table fine dining restaurant in an elegant setting with fabulous views of the surrounding mountains. The 4-course price fixed dinner menu ($95.00 per person, tax and gratuity not included) and 3 course brunch menu ($45.00 per person, tax and gratuity not included ) that changes monthly and focuses on regional seasonal ingredients many of which come from our organic garden. Aaron Edwards is extraordinarily gifted in the culinary arts. Each item on every plate is uniquely prepared in an innovative way to deliver maximum sensual pleasure in both taste and appearance. With our friendly professional servers, incredibly beautiful setting and amazing food this is way more than fine dining. It's a true dining experience! Our Menu changes monthly based on what is available and in season at the time. Feel free to call us anytime and we can tell you exactly what is on the menu for that week.

By far the best fine dining I have experienced in WNC! The ambiance is amazing, the views are stunning and the service is top notch. They are only open a few nights per week plus brunch on Sunday. We were there for dinner and it’s a prix-fixe menu. We enjoyed a 4 course meal and the portions were perfect. They source many ingredients from their garden. They also have a great wine list and a full bar. I highly recommend this restaurant and the lodge it’s located in - The Orchard Inn.

Wonderful experience. Food, service and ambience were perfect. Will come again and try to stay at the Inn as well.

This was our 3rd visit. Definitely a must-go. Food is always outstanding. Customer service is impeccable and the view from the patio is very relaxing.

We semi-regularly attend Newman’s Sunday brunch (HIGHLY recommend), but their dinner is also lovely. We had an incredible view of the bird feeders and saw blue jays, cardinals, goldfinches, hummingbirds, etc. - it was like dinner with a show! If you’re a birder (or just appreciate nature), you’ll thoroughly enjoy dining here. The fettuccine with clams was DIVINE, same goes for the gazpacho and beef tartare. Service is always wonderful, and you truly can’t beat the ambiance. Newman’s is such a treasure, and we love taking our family whenever they are in town.

This restaurant is a paradise for the senses. I recommend dressing up - it's not casual dining. The view is like a story book. The food served in four courses was delicious, with fixed prices min $100/person. However this meal was a highlight of our vacation.
