We are a farm to table fine dining restaurant in an elegant setting with fabulous views of the surrounding mountains. The 4-course price fixed dinner menu ($95.00 per person, tax and gratuity not included) and 3 course brunch menu ($45.00 per person, tax and gratuity not included ) that changes monthly and focuses on regional seasonal ingredients many of which come from our organic garden. Aaron Edwards is extraordinarily gifted in the culinary arts. Each item on every plate is uniquely prepared in an innovative way to deliver maximum sensual pleasure in both taste and appearance. With our friendly professional servers, incredibly beautiful setting and amazing food this is way more than fine dining. It's a true dining experience! Our Menu changes monthly based on what is available and in season at the time. Feel free to call us anytime and we can tell you exactly what is on the menu for that week.

    The holiday season is such a special time of year. Our Dickens’ Dinners are the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit and continue to grow in popularity. Enjoy the chef’s memorable four-course dinner with readings from Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol”. Dinner will begin promptly at 6:30 and will end in candlelight by the roaring fire with a Smoking Bishop.

    Our brunch was Suburb. We will return soon for dinner. Their large terrace is a delight. Like dinning in a treehouse or so it seems.

    What a wonderful 1st experience at Newman's and the celebration of our 55th wedding anniversary. The service (thank you Jacqueline) was great and the food delicious and of perfect quantity. From being greeted at the door until the farewells and thank you at the end, it was a perfect evening.

    Food was amazing and the vibe was incredible. Service started out a bit shaky, but got better as the courses progressed. We will definitely be back!!

    The food was incredible. Each course had its own personality. The service was impeccable. Sara made us feel special. We go there every year for our anniversary. They have never disappointed us.

    A delightful experience. We went there for Sunday brunch. The food was delicious, the view is unparalleled, and the service is exquisite. Highly recommend.

    This was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The views on the covered veranda were incredible and the food and service were too. The chef even stopped by towards the end of meal to check on us. We'll definitely be back!

    Everything from greeting and appetizers in the lobby to finish with dessert and coffee was exceptional. The only downside was the wine pairing. Not exceptional and a bit pricey. Next time we’ll get a bottle of a know wine.
