Newhall's first Gastropub located in the heart of historic Old Town Newhall. Come take a stroll in the western walk of stars and enjoy a delicious meal on Main Street at Newhall Refinery.

We are open for Dine-In, Takeout, and Delivery; Tues - Thur from 11:30 - 9pm, Fri 11:30 - 11pm, Sat 10:30 - 11pm and Sunday from 10:30 - 9pm. We are taking reservations for Dine-In over the phone or through Open Table. For Takeout, give us a call or visit . We look four website at www.newhallrefinery.com. Our distinctive menu embodies the respect and passion we have for originality, all menu items are created in house from scratch and pair perfectly with our extensive specialty craft beers, cocktails and wines.

Always a good experience & love tasting different food on the menu, everything is delicious. Drinks are perfect too. We always enjoy it with my family. Thank you for always making our experience enjoyable.

The food was ok, nothing special. Pasta was a bit cold, the burger we ordered was made with the things I asked to keep off, a mixture of crispy and soggy fries

The service here was strange. The host and server were not friendly or welcoming in any way. The cocktails were very good. My wedge salad was good, but the steak I ordered with it tasted off and it was a tiny portion for the $14 upcharge.

Ordered the $25 burger. Pieces of bone and gristle in beef. Not pleasant. Fries were cold. Told server who acted surprised and after 10 minutes got hot fries. No ‘so sorry about that”. This restaurant used to be much better.

Started off great with tasty appetizers and drinks. I did notice my husband’s drink was only half full in his gimlet glass. We regret not speaking up for the amount they charge for a drink. There was a long gap between our appetizers and dinner. Our 2 boys each ordered the $25 burger that was not worth $25. When it arrived to the table it looked like the frozen patties you get from Costco. The cheese wasn’t even melted and one of the burgers was a tad raw. It says something when your teenage boys don’t finish their burgers and you take it home to the dog. My husband’s halibut was encrusted in something so tough he couldn’t cut into the fish. The description said it was pan seared not encrusted. The rice was crunchy and greasy. My salmon was the best but sadly the parsnip puree was cold. For over $200 it was a huge disappointment and we have no desire to return after our experience.

Great place right on Newhall main street…went there for Sunday brunch and sat outside. Delicious!

The food was excellent but the service was incredibly slow. We waited almost 75 minutes for our food.

Went to the Newhall Refinery for pretzel and beer. My husband ordered the smash burger and my son ordered the chicken Sandoval and both of those items were delicious. I had the pretzel, which came with fondue cheese, mustard and gherkin pickles and it was yummy! I also got the drunken mac and that was good too. The waitress was so nice that she brought a sample of a beer for my husband to try, which was a stout and it was not bad. I ordered the cucumber jalapeño margarita and it was perfect! We will definitely go again!

Great burgers and craft beer. Server was wonderful from initial greeting throughout entire meal. Excellent value as well. Our favorite Old Town venue.
