Newhall's first Gastropub located in the heart of historic Old Town Newhall. Come take a stroll in the western walk of stars and enjoy a delicious meal on Main Street at Newhall Refinery.

We are open for Dine-In, Takeout, and Delivery; Tues - Thur from 11:30 - 9pm, Fri 11:30 - 11pm, Sat 10:30 - 11pm and Sunday from 10:30 - 9pm. We are taking reservations for Dine-In over the phone or through Open Table. For Takeout, give us a call or visit . We look four website at www.newhallrefinery.com. We look forward to seeing your friendly faces again!

Our distinctive menu embodies the respect and passion we have for originality, all menu items are created in house from scratch and pair perfectly with our extensive specialty craft beers, cocktails and wines.

You must order the margarita with the clarified tequila - what a treat! Overall, the menu just keeps improving - nice job Refinery!!

The Refinery in Newhall exceeded all expectations! The food was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance made for a perfect dining experience. The service was attentive and impressively fast. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal with a warm atmosphere!

We had a great dinner on Sunday night. The food was delicious. The craft burger & beef sandwiches were excellent. Four of us had the strawberry martinis which we loved. Service was prompt & friendly. We have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed.

Service was hit and miss, food was ok, ambiance is nice, but value for money is not great. Maybe we got an off night. Will try again.

Went for a 5 course, beer paired meal. Food was outstanding and really complimented by the beers chosen from Lucky Luke’s. I booked this for my husband’s birthday, as he loves beer and I tolerate it for him. I was very pleasantly surprised- the pairings really went well together, and the Oatmeal Stout served with dessert was standout. Incredible value at $110 for 5 generous courses and 6 beers Really hope they do it again!

Had a great dinner with excellent service. Would definitely go back and try some of the other items. I was torn between the fish and chips and the burger I got. Next time, I'll try the fish and chips. The short ribs and garlic fries were out of this world. Loved it!! The Moose Droll was a perfect match with the burger I had. Easy atmosphere and friendly staff. Thanks for a great experience.
