New Vida Preserve Restaurant is located in the re-imagined former Paleface Ski Mountain Lodge and now the largest resort in the Adirondacks at 2000 acres. It offers stunning views of Whiteface Mountain. Enjoy a creative menu that includes American Classics with a twist combined with bold globally-inspired flavors. You can dine in our Grand Dining Room, our Craft Bar area with live music or our more casual Billiards Lounge, all with stunning view and beautiful architecture. The expansive & diverse menu, the sensible pricing and feel-good vibes make NewVida a place where you can gather in with friends and family regularly for a memorable Adirondack experience. The restaurant is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 5pm to 9pm. Come in early and enjoy a drink at our handmade craft bar, lined with skis from the Preserve’s former life as a ski resort or take a stroll after dinner around our romantic pond & dock. Reservations are preferred, but walk-ins are always welcome.

Very nice dinner, waiter was very good, attentive. This evening there was "music" and we had trouble hearing our conversation in the dining room. I think the space would work better and guests in the dining room would be happier if acoustic instruments were used when music is happening indoors.

New menu is incredible. Open views from the outdoor seating to Whiteface mountain are a must see.

Fabulous service and they tried their best to accommodate our gluten and dairy free diets. The food was delicious and cocktails were innovative and yummy.

The service was great and our waitress was very friendly! Service was also very quick. The portion sizes are somewhat small for the price; however, our food was pretty good. It was also very warm inside! Overall, it was a great experience with good food, decent drinks and a cozy and relaxing vibe/atmosphere!

What a great new venue for Wilmington. The refurbished resort is wonderful. The bar, with skis, is a treat but even better are the drinks made by the REAL bartenders. Love the homey feel to the place, the tables spaced nicely and the view off to the mountains through the A-Frame floor to ceiling windows. Our server was delightful. Our appetizers were delicious - wings, nachos and hummus. Entrees were good. Pasta in the pad sew ew was underdone. Desserts were fantastic. Must come back.
