Seated at auxiliary table in entryway. Server seemed to be on the newer side. Cocktails were rancid — when politely mentioned to server he said he wasn’t even sure he brought us the right ones and that the bartenders were “mad” because it was such a busy night. Did not offer to replace and left them on the bill. Food was ok. Server advised against ordering red meat, he wasn’t sure the kitchen would get the temperature right (he was correct). BTW, main steak dish (Rich Boy or something like that) is actually a blue cheese steak sandwich on garlic bread.

1st night, 1st dinner in New Orleans and had the best experience!! We picked the restaurant based on reviews + proximity to our hotel plus we wanted seafood!! And it did not disappoint!! Our dinner was on 12/30 during NYE and Sugar Bowl crazy busy-ness, but our server Jackie handled it all with aplomb! You would have thought we were her only table in the busy, bustling restaurant- her service was impeccable! Warm, kind with solid food recs - we loved all of her suggestions and attention to detail! Even in a crazy busy restaurant, our water glasses were always filled and service + food was amazing! Especially noteworthy was the grilled oysters appetizer and my main course - the redfish pontchartrain. Yummy!! We were a family of 4 - ages 17, 20 and 40 + and had the best experience! Jackie was the best!! Highly recommend in the French Quarter. Very family friendly!

Food was superb! Taste of New Orleans had everything I could have wanted. Ricardo was awesome and made our night special.

Excellent food and service! The jambalaya, creole pasta, and shrimp creole were all outstanding, and our server did a wonderful job of recommending dishes to accommodate the tastes of each member of our party. The bananas foster cheesecake was also excellent. The only minor downside was that the dining room was a bit loud, so I'd probably ask for a courtyard table next time. We look forward to returning for another great dining experience!

Service was very polite and fast. From the two hosts, to the server (JaNae) to the employees who thanked us as we were leaving, everyone was attentive and wonderful. The food came out quickly and was very tasty. The only downside was the buzzing of machinery in the lovely courtyard. The courtyard has a beautiful fountain and string lights overhead. I recommend!

We waited a really long time for food, and it did not come out at the same time. Other tables that were seated after us got their food before us. The food was good when it did come out.

5th time there. We always in The Bar room. Sorry they replaced its old marble bar.

We had the red beans and rice, shrimp and grits and jambalaya. The only complaints: jambalaya was a little cool and the shrimp were over cooked. Also, the oyster happy hour was at the bar and we weren't told until we sat at a table. Wife was not happy as this was not mentioned on the website. Otherwise, the oysters were huge and the food was great.
