New Coast Kitchen is an intimate modern British restaurant in the centre of Croyde bay village. Since we started in October 2020 we have gone through a number of challenges and changes to get to where we are now. Our head chef and owner Martin Baylis is leading our team to create unforgettable dining experiences in North Devon and is looking to create a nationally recognised restaurant capable of achieving culinary accolades and bringing something special to the South West.

                                                      Absolutely outstanding on every level, stunning food, beautifully presented. Fantastic value for the quality of cooking. Lovely friendly service too.

                                                      We enjoyed our meal but the birthday celebrations were spoilt by being crammed in between two large very noisy parties one with 2 preschool children. I haven’t eaten dinner with you before but know how fabulous the food is so extremely disappointed as the atmosphere let it down. We had difficulty hearing and speaking to each other

                                                      We had a family meal with grandparents and two children aged 10 & 11. The menu is sophisticated but both kids found things they liked. The food was amazing, we wanted to choose all of the starters - the pigs cheek was voted the favourite. The ambience is great, buzzy but not overly loud and the staff are super friendly and efficient. It is not cheap! The bill was well over £400 for our dinner for 6, but you pay for excellence :)

                                                      Genuine welcome, food was outstanding and staff were friendly and attentive . We had the scallops, mushroom parfait, Bass and Cod and finished with the millionaires tart. Every mouthful was divine. Will definitely be back

                                                      Not the first time we’ve eaten at New Coast and certainly won’t be the last. Staff are most welcoming and efficient, seating comfortable and well spaced out. The choice of dishes is not excessive but is so varied that there is always a variety of dishes so that everyone will find one which they will want to try. Quality of the food is very good and will always be enjoyed. A most memorable evening!

                                                      Wonderful meal there, with fantastic local ingredients…. Chef clearly knows what he’s doing and staff there were really great. Can thoroughly recommend if in North Devon on hols. Well done !!
