New Bettola serves authentic Italian food which is always fresh, delicious and cooked to order. We are an excellent lunch and dinner venue for most occasions. We pride ourselves on our highly trained, helpful and friendly staff and try to make our guests welcome and feel at home. Here at New Bettola, our new Italian Restaurant with featured wooden oven Pizzeria is the perfect place to meet up with family and friends and co-workers. Relax and enjoy yourself in comfort and treat yourself to some of our homemade meals and cakes. All our meals are freshly cooked here and daily prepared in our own kitchens by our Italian Head Chef. We use local suppliers for our meat and vegetables, supplied by people we know and trust. All of our cakes are baked here, on site in our kitchens, which is why they are so fresh and tasty.     Lovely, welcoming and relaxing restaurant with good food and great service. We visited en route to Heathrow and it proved to be a good plan … So much better than a hotel restaurant!

    This is now our go to restaurant when we arrive at Heathrow the night before our transatlantic flights to the US. Excellent cuisine, well prepared, and reasonably priced. We’ll be back!

    Didn't enjoy the food, there was not much flavour, we had to keep adding salt and pepper trying to make it more edible. All the staff kept going to a table next to us with a family, obviously regulars or friends and speaking in Italian I'm guessing, but we had to flag someone down to get water or anything. Staff not that friendly or helpful. Wouldn't go back

    While at a conference in the Sofitel in T5 at Heathrow, this was a great escape for a high quality Italian dinner not too far away. Great ambiance, authentic and cosy. Food was great as was the service . Had a great evening with delicious Italian food at a very fair price.

    We came to celebrate my sons 18th birthday. Our waitress was excellent. the wait for starters and the main was perfect , and the portions were just right.
