We took our daughter and her husband to Nevada Steak for her birthday. Everyone was very pleased with their dinners other than the new york steak was fatty and too much grissle. I was very disappointed. I didn't want to embarrass anyone by complaining. Our service was wonderful. We will go back but won't ever order a steak. Sincerely Cindy Scheinfeld, Ron Ruggles.

Escargot were not fresh, but dry and overcooked without enough garlic and parsley, bread was very doughy and undercooked. When we asked to have it baked more, the crust was extremely hard but the inside still doughy. The fillet was a bit dry and not tender, without great taste. Try Eden Valley Wagu fillet for great tasting meat that melts in your mouth! Salmon was ok, nothing special and the grilled mushrooms were served without any seasonings the size of silver dollars, making them unpresentable and very difficult to eat. The sundae was a disaster: poor quality ice cream with tinned strawberry and pineapple sauces and hard-as-a-rock churros. We paid $100 per person for this meal. We should have stayed home. For the same money, I ate tremendously tasty, well presented food in Minneapolis last week.

Wonderful and exceptional as always. Nevada Steak is simply my favorite steakhouse and I highly recommend you give it a try.

After being seated no one came to check with us for at least 10 minutes. We watched as waitresses went to other tables around us but never acknowledged us. I mentioned to my wife that we'll give them 5 more minutes and if no one acknowledges us, we'll be leaving. A couple of minutes after that we noticed one of the managers called a waitress over and pointed to our table. Shortly thereafter the waitress came by and welcomed us and the rest of the dinner went very well ans smooth. They comped our intial drinks due to the long wait, which we very much appreciated. We had the crab cake as an appetizer, which was exellent. We both had steaks - my wife a filet and me the ribeye. They were prepared exactly to the temp we expected and were very delicious. The "colossal" baked potatoes were truly colossal and can easily be shared by 2 people and maybe even 3. Passed on desert becauser we were full and really nothing on the menu caught our eye. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of the food and portions served. Looking forward to going there again. Ohh, one other minor quibble, we were celebrating my wife's birthday, but that was never acknowleded by anyone - either by the person who seated us or the server. I thought I noted that in the reservation in OpenTable, but I may have missed it. I feel bad not rating this as 5 stars but with the initial wait and the lack of birthday acknowledgement, had to take a star away.

My husband had the scallops (special) and he said they were good. I had the artichoke ricotta ravioli and they were really yummy. We shared and enjoyed a wedge salad.. The bar made a pretty good espresso martini. Too full for dessert.

We go there every two weeks. Samantha sat us and she’s always very pleasant. Kathy was the waitress and always does a great job. Erin the manager stop by, said hi. The food is good and consistent and a great value
